Tossing Pizzeria - Enterprise Way — Restaurant in Kelowna

This is a pizzeria/convenience store so it's take out only, no dine in. Since that is exactly what I was looking for it's perfect. The place is clean and well lit. The staff member (Arsh) who was a one man show, was very friendly and created a delicious pizza for me exactly the way I'd ordered it. The pizza is about halfway between thin crust and a traditional crust. Just the right balance of dough to toppings

I got a small "chicken pesto" pizza, which is supposed to have mozzarella on it - I'm pretty sure that it also/instead had cheddar (or something similar) because I love mozzarella but I didn't like this pizza. It didn't taste good, I had to force myself to finish it. Not sure what it was missing, salt perhaps. In addition, the service was very slow: I ordered online and it was supposed to be ready in 25 mins or less, but I ended up having to wait for at least 15...
