I likely would have never said anything but the delivery kid seems to think he can talk to people however he wants and get away with it.
I made an order, he called me asking what door to meet at and I told him to meet me at the front when he really ended up at the side door - no problem.
I received my order and realized that there was something missing so I told him and he said he would be back - no problem.
The shop is close to my home so I figure I would drop what I have off and then come back.
After standing there for a few minutes, I start to wonder what happened and see the delivery kid running around so I ask him what happened and he tells me he's missing his keys and then he runs off.
I go back inside to check if anyone found the keys and dropped them off in the lobby, then I decide I'll go outside and see if I can help with no luck AND then I ask my neighbours that are coming into the building if they saw any keys.
I look over and see someone driving off that kind of looked like him so I assumed he found his keys and I walked back into my building to wait for him to bring back the rest of my order.
A few seconds later, I hear someone screaming into a phone saying "what the f*ck, why is she still waiting?" Obviously, I open the door to let him know that I can hear him and why I was still there, you know, to help him something that is not required of me.
Instead of calming down and maybe using my help, he decides to run off again and screams "YEAH, OKAY."
I'm not his parent and should not be dealing with a 12 years old temper tantrum. All I did was order pizza and tip the kid - this is not how people should be interacting with customers.
Now, my entire order is going to be cold, I'm angry which now my entire family has to deal with and I still don't have part of my order
Bravo. Great...
Read moreOrdered from this location for pickup last weekend. Ended up being about 5 minutes early and the gentleman told us to take a seat and he'd bring it out when it was ready. Sure, no big deal! So we sit down and start chatting to pass the time. Every so often a delivery driver would run through and yell "customer impressed!" before picking up their next order and leaving again. Well after about 15+ minutes and 5+ "customer impressed" exclamations, we decide to check on the status of the pizza. The gentlemen who originally talked to us was nowhere to be found, and the guy behind the counter had no idea what order we were talking about... Turns out it was placed on the counter to sit and get cold without a single person even asking if it belongs to us (you'd think that if you had 2 customers sitting in an otherwise empty shop not eating, you'd put two and two together). In any case, the pizza itself was decent enough, but the lack of customer service and awareness is the reason for the 2 stars. The lesson here is if you're ordering, get it for delivery... At least then you'll be a "customer...
Read moreEXTREMELY disappointed in my service tonight. We were in the middle of taking her order and some girl was on the phone with us and the phone line started to cut out o I decided to call back it was still Cutting out with the automated message I tried with three different phones in different areas to try and process my order no one answered no one picked up and I never even got a callback from the girl as well. I drove all the way to the location and ask them what happened and they said that they had made my order which wasnât even Fully done to what I asked and only the only pizza In times like that where a customers phone line cuts out or the businesses phone line cuts out it should be the employees responsibility to make sure they call back the customer and make sure they have everything that they have ordered so We end up having to order from a different location because of how we...
