Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Kelowna

This community Domino’s store (Rutland on Rutland Rd) fails to be community minded or concerned. Our neighborhood is having a major issue with drivers driving too fast through our roads and also reckless driving. We are a very close and supportive community of neighbors with our own community online forum, so we keep each other in the loop of all the happenings. We have many small children, dogs and older citizens who enjoy walking around our area through all times of the day and evening. We have very windy roads and many blind corners. Is it going to take a serious injury or possibly a death for Dominoes to start firing their inconsiderate and dangerous young drivers?

The store has been called multiple times by many neighbors and we have all had the manager say he will deal with it. Clearly, he does not. Last night one of their N-drivers came racing down our street, they were signalled to slow down by neighbors walking and even shouted for her to slow down. Her response was to speed up, race past them with an exaggerated swerve and flipped the bird out her open window.

Not Acceptable.

In this job market where there are so many people just grateful to have a job and many more looking, why would any company keep drivers employed that behave like this?

This has been going on for MONTHS. Most of neighborhood is likely not going to support Domino’s anymore as why would we give our money to a company that doesn’t care about our community. Last night I ordered 5 dominos pizza breads, and we ordered it at 2.55am, when the store was about to be closed, Delivery driver came and mentioned that the cook made them big, because these were the last orders, that's why the size would be big than normal ones, I said okay. And when we opened the boxes the size came to be big, but when eating them it wasn't cooked properly, It looked like the because of the big size of dough, it didn't get cooked properly, after eating it, it made me sick, I was sick all day, got digestion issues. Today I went to the store, and complained about the bread, one store boy, who seemed to be, cooperated well with us, apologized and said tha we will provide you with refund, and asked us to wait for the lady who was on call, to get free from call. When she hung up the call, she treated us very badly, I told her that it wasn't cooked, she argued with us, without even checking or hearing us, her body language was kinda abusive, and not welcoming at all. I told her that last night delivery driver told sizes are big, and that's what I told her, she replied back saying: you tell me what is good size of this. She had very bad and stupid behavior, I am bot going to this store agian. Ordered a pizza online, expected delivery was about 20 mins however no one showed up so I called the store. I was told someone tried to call me but theycouldn't reach me so thepizza was never delivered. They then tried to redeliver the same pizza to me again . When they arrived I was told they tried to contact me and someone rang my doorbell which im sure never happened. I was then told by the driver not to waste their time. If you want the absolute best in customer service this is the place to go. /s Edit : Decided to order again after getting a credit from their Manager. This time the debit machine wasn't working after many attempts so I decided to use cash however I needed change. The driver said sorry I don't have change for a 20 dollar bill. I don't exactly know what kind of clown show is going on at this store . UPDATE Attempted to order online, my first order I waited 40 mins no one ever showed up so I tried to call the store no one answered. Had to order again becuase no one answered.
