I placed an online order which ended up up being around $50+. Upon arrival the location was somewhat busy (6pm on a Friday).
Upon arrival there was a gentlemen in the online order pickup lane who was patiently waiting for his order. A few ladies began chatting with him asking where he was from due to his english accent and everyone waiting was in pretty good spirits. I overheard him saying he was waiting 35 minutes for his meal, meanwhile several other people were served. I believe the employees may have had an issue understanding him because of his heavy accent.
Upon finally getting his order he asked for ketchup which the cashier didn't get, but had him wait. The customer told the cashier that the service was unnacceptable and cursed (can't blame him at that point), the cashier however, immediately lost his tempter and start swearing at the customer.
Myself and several other customers were in shock (several eldery folk and children were standing there) i had to step in and tell the cashier that his conduct was completely unacceptable, he argued with me and then went on to basically ignore me, instead of getting my order. Luckily someone in the back understood what was going on and came out to grab me my order. I tried to ask to speak with the manager but was ignored so I decided I'd leave and call the store later.
After getting home I discovered half of my order was missing, and the bucket of chicken I ordered was not hot and spicy, just bland, extremely dry extra crispy.
I decided to call the store and speak with the manager, no answer, the phone just rings forever.
I have had issues with this location before that I can overlook (missing side, missing dips, missing gravy etc), mistakes happen, i get it. I guess this time it was my bad for not checking the bag before leaving. But this wasn't a regular experience, this was completely bizarre and appalling.

Read moreI recently visited this KFC location, and although I was hoping for a positive experience, there were several aspects I’d like to share. The chicken was extremely greasy, and two of the pieces had an odor that resembled fish rather than chicken, which was surprising and unpleasant. The third piece, on the other hand, had partially raw skin on the inside, indicating that cooking time protocols are not being followed.
The restaurant’s atmosphere featured foreign music that was played at a very high volume, which affected the overall comfort of the experience. My concern is not with the type of music itself, but rather that it did not match the theme of the restaurant. When background music is used, it should complement the dining experience and the brand’s identity. For instance, one might expect soft, relaxing music in a fine dining setting or lively and culturally relevant tunes in a themed restaurant. In this case, the music choice, combined with the volume, detracted from the overall experience.
Additionally, customer service was underwhelming. The cashier who served me did not offer a greeting or smile and did not exhibit a welcoming demeanor, which is important in a customer-facing role. Friendliness and hospitality are crucial to creating a positive and enjoyable experience for guests.

Went in for the Tuesday Special. Server says we're not offering that for 6 weeks?? No other explanation (afterwards I phoned another location and they confirmed all locations should be offering the special). We then looked and found an on-line coupon so used one for $12.99. Offer was for our area and expired April 30th. Show the server, she rings it in and we pay for the order. Looked at the receipt and notice they over charged us by $6.00. We asked about it and server says the offer is wrong and not updated?? What?? How can a current offer with a specific expiry date be wrong? The server insisted it was wrong, would not honor the price and said there was nothing she could do. So how may other people have over paid and wasn't aware of it?? How much extra money have they taken from their customers?? These people are scamming their customers. Totally rude people. Don't care about their customers. Beyond poor customer service. Chicken was soggy, fries were cold. The place is dirty, should be torn down and all the staff should be fired.
