Newest experience update, (Thurs Mar 27)...

No better yesterday! Tried again. It is day and night how much better the Vernon location is! 1 server on and the manager but non engaging except with the two old dudes up at the bar. $6 for a red bull too is robbery! ONLY country music AGAIN, (big sighs), the whole time! Just cause she only likes country does not mean the rest of us must suffer right??? We pay her wage with us being in there. I cannot see or forecast going back.

Update update... Now 1 star! (Jan 22). They responded to my review some 6 days ago and asked me to email on my review and which i did and 5 days no reply back and tomorrow is 6th day! WHAT DOES THIS SAY??? Pretty crappy management is what. So here I am wasting more time with an updated review!

Still not very attentive or accommodating and just country music only is a killer! Review below was from 2 years ago. 2 stars tonight...(A copy and paste I sent to their FB page and with little hope to hear back)...I added a pic on how not busy it was in there and not sure I can add off here too)...Just have to share a pic with you while there tonight and will reg msg as well...(how can service from the bartender be so super slow tonight based on how dead it was in there...?)...cause he was so busy just yapping with some guy up at bar and not pouring drinks and just a simple pour of a beer! Come on! Took so very long and had to ask another server to check on it as we lost ours after ordering the two simple drinks! Paying employees to just yap and not focus is not cool! Sunday night, Oct 7th. *May 27/2019...just poor management as I find it so difficult to write any manager of any business and be snubbed. Food...good! Service...just ok. Specials: decent! Each time I try it again though the service does not get much better and the music is SO BLOODY lousy! I told them this a few times now and JUST IGNORED! How do you move up from two stars if nobody...

A Wing Lover’s Paradise – Especially the Korean Wings!

What an unforgettable evening at WINGS Kelowna! I popped in with some friends on hockey finals night, and let me tell you — the energy in the place was absolutely electric. The whole pub was buzzing with excitement, but what really elevated the night was the amazing atmosphere, the genuinely warm service, and, of course, the mouthwatering wings.

Let me start with the Korean wings — they are, hands down, next-level delicious. Perfectly crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside, coated in a sticky, slightly spicy, sweet-savory glaze that made each bite better than the last. It’s the kind of flavor that stays with you… in the best way. Honestly, I came for the game, but I’ll be going back for those wings alone!

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive — even with a full house and hockey mayhem all around, they made sure we felt looked after. Our server had the perfect balance of chill and charm, and even gave us recommendations based on their personal favorites, which made the experience feel all the more special.

The vibe of the pub is exactly what you want on a night like that — lively but not overwhelming, with screens everywhere so you don’t miss a moment of the action. You could feel the community spirit, with everyone cheering and enjoying themselves. It’s one of those places where you instantly feel at home.

If you’re in Kelowna and haven’t been to WINGS yet — especially on a game night — you’re seriously missing out. Go for the hockey, go for the atmosphere, but definitely go for the Korean wings. They’re unforgettable.

I went to wings in August and had the worst wings ever. I waited almost an hour to get water and longer to get my wings. After showing my wings to the manager ( Keith, I think) and said I would never come back, he told me that that wasn't fair and he said my next wings order was free. He also gave ten dollars off coupons to the people at my table. I thought that was fair and agreed to come back. Well a few weeks later, I came back and again I waited almost an hour to get service. And again my wings were overcooked, but slightly better than the first time. Also my wings were not free like he said they would be. I then told the manager that I would buy him lunch at black mountain golf course this Saturday, to show him what a great chicken wing looks and tastes like. He agreed. I believe a man is only as good as his word. Well I was not surprised when the manager (Keith) never showed up. So I have wasted way too much time trying to eat a decent wing at wings restaurant and will not return. And as for the manager, he never kept his word giving me my wings for free on my second visit, which I only went back that time was because my wings were supposed to be free, and now he never showed up to see what a good chicken wing looks and tastes like, as he said he would. So Keith, I think you are as far away from being a decent human being, as your wings are from being good. You should be ashamed of the food you serve and for being a person who can't keep his word and being more terrible...
