Panago Pizza — Restaurant in Kelowna

Ordered wings with a 2 topping pizza for $27 added a topping for $2.25 and 2x dips. After delivery and tax/tip it was $45, this isn't the part that bothers me though. I asked for Brooklyn style pepperoni, they count that as 2x toppings which used my 2x topping up i guess due to the style of pepporini or the herbs they put on it? Then I added suasuage to the pizza as well to make it 3x topping. What i recieved was a regular pepperoni pizza instead no sausage no Brooklyn style pepperoni or any herbs added. Why on earth would you let me order something and use all my toppings and not actually be able to accommodate it, also you didn't give me the option I added to the pizza. This pizza contains 3x toppings and I received regular pepperoni, will not be ordering from them again. The only reason it's not 1 star was because the wings were good. Just seems so wrong paying $45 to recieve a pepperoni...

You ruined my dinner. Sorry your staff are uneducated on sun dried vs fire rosted tomato. Also they dont understand easy sauce. Upon calling to settle this. A free deliverd pizza and one free for pick up next time would have settled this great. Instead, its almost an argument. No offer of a free correct deliver pizza. Just maybe a free small one next time. And i am willing to bet it has conditions. I have the pic to prove. I had to watch my friend eat the pizza i paid for. I will never come back. My friends at event sport events will never use your store and neither will you be order from for parties and games nights. Fix...

I ordered large quattro formagio after waiting ten minuites at the desk being ignored, ordered flat crust, double sauce double cheese, wich i guess there interpretation of withc is "take this guys money and make him the same pizza we would if extras were not added"

Got the pizza, burnt, no extra cheese, no extra sauce, cheese didnt even make it to within a inch of the crust edge, even tho i asked and paid for double cheese, double sauce was missing too, would have went back if i wasnt home when i realized they took my extra money and made me a burnt basic pizza
