I ordered a hawaiin and an el greco for delivery. When I opened them up they were both el grecos. I immediately called to tell them, was put on hold then the girl that apparently took my order said that I had ordered an el greco and a spinach and NO hawaiin. I told her that was wrong and repeated my order. Again I was put on hold for a lengthy time and finally they came back on and said again that I had ordered 1 el greco and 1 spinach. Again I told them that my order was for 1 hawaiin and 1 el greco, that I had repeated my order twice on the phone and the person taking my order repeated it back to me and I was on speaker and my husband was sitting right there and heard the conversation. She then told me that she would send a hawaiin and to give the driver one pizza back and that he needs to take a picture of it. I've never heard of anything more ridiculous! I complied with their instructions and gave 1 of the pizzas back to the driver when he delivered the hawaiin. I certainly don't mind a mistake but to continually say that I was in the wrong completely turned me off of this place. Just admit your mistake, apologize and make it right. I've never heard of a restaurant asking for the food back. Get your business practice in order. Won't be ordering from this...

The thin young man that drives the silver Toyota sucks. I'm sorry but every time we order there is always something with this guy.
-Parking in my neighbor's driveway, then running over to my house after he realized he was at the wrong house. -Wouldn't take partial payment in cash (not due to covid) he just wasn't sure he was allowed, so he had to call the manager to ask. -Parking in the middle of the road blocking traffic. -Asking me to take the pizza out of the bag because it's to hot for him. -Rings the doorbell 6 times and knocks within 3sec.......
I've worked at panago for years back in the day. You only see the customer for 1min, at least have some sort of personable skills, common sense and know how to drive. I typically tip $5 to the driver on ever order. This last time $0!!!!

The Good: The price for two pizzas, friendly staff (the female, the guy just stares at me wondering why i'm in his shop) The Bad: Toppings are sparse, I ordered a chicken bacon ranch pizza and i'm pretty sure the chicken were those precooked maple leaf strips as they were flavorless and dry like cork. The sauce went from ample to non existent over a period of 3-4 months, maybe they didn't like me ordering this pizza, I don't know. What really bothered me was my experience ordering in the store on my way home. I ordered my pizzas, paid for them and then was told it would take 45 minutes (usually 25) When I returned 45 minutes later my pizza wasn't even started.
