I ordered a veg noodle burger over the phone. I was told by one of the girls that it’s $11. But I went there to pickup my burger, she said, “it’s $13”. Then I asked that it was $11 when I ordered. She said, “I am new here. So, I don’t know the rates”. I thought it’s okay since she is new. But when she charged me for the food, it was $13.65. She added 65 cents GST on top of the price. Then I asked that government of Canada has waved GST/HST for 2 months, then why am I being charged for that? Then the owner replied in a funny way, “there is a problem in our machine. So, the machine is charging GST.” He also added, “we will be paying GST to gov of Canada”. And he laughed. It’s not about the 65 cents. It’s actually about the rebate that the gov is giving. But ultimately I am paying it out of my pocket. So, where can I get my GST back?

Edit: First of all I am replying to your reply…I dont have any property dispute with you or I am not the owner of any restaurant. Google review is not just for food quality but also for the customer service and restaurant atmosphere.If the store owner is writing this review that means he is totally unprofessional and uneducated.The 65 cents not gonna make me poor or rich but your restauarnt is not following the government instructions,if you are doing this from last 10 days than you have taken Hundreds of dollar from the customers that government will not be accepting for 2 months.You should be more worried about fixing the machine instead of replying to customers with rude and nasty way. Your resaurant is running because of the regular customers but if you will be responding in this nasty way then you will lose your customers. If this arrogant behaviour goes to social media then you will face more consequences. Better fix your machine now . Also food was not that good.The last 1 star is for food. I couldn’t give any...

Part 1.

We went to this restaurant on 2nd July. Had a very bad experience. If there is an option for 0 star, I would give that to the restaurant. We ordered food and waited it came one by one and took so long in each order. There was no one in the front. I wanted to talk to my server, so I knocked on the door, and there was a girl working there she was super rude. When I asked for my server, she started fighting with me. Even she said get out of the restaurant. She doesn't know how to talk to customers. If the owner read this please hire more staff and please give them training to talk to customers in nice way. I'll would not recommend to go to there. My family and friends live there, and I already share with them that they will never go there or order take out.

Part 2 After reading your reply, I am replying to that,now you are saying the half side. We didn't enter the door because we know it says only for staff we know very well our limits and always respect the ppl who make food in the back. But because of long waiting and none of ur staff was outside, I knocked on the door and just wanted to request to put our tea in takeout cups as we were getting late for our next destination. And now reply to slamming the door on your staff, your employee slammed the door first, you already have a video from outside please check the inside camera she slammed the door first. It is the human gesture that if someone slams a door on your face, then every human will do the same . You can check the inside camera, and then you will figure it out. I ordered 4 items and I didn't like 2 out of 4 but the service received was good. The girl that was serving was very polite and sweet hence rating it 5. I ordered Dahi Puri, Bread Pakora, Kulche Chole and Gulab Jamun with Ice ream. I didn't like the latter 2. Kulche chole lacked the flavors, it was very bland, gulab jamun was not good and Ice cream served with gulab jamun was very bad. It sure was some tub Ice cream but none of us liked it. Dahi puri was very good and bread pakora also tasted awesome. So overall a nice place to visit if you are craving for some street food.

Update: Visited again but unfortunately their rates have increased exorbitantly but the menu is not updated. Bread Pakora still shows 6.25 here on their menu however they charged me $10. Same goes for Dahi puri, they charged me $10 a plate. The taste of dahi puri is good but not worth $10. Samosa was $5 a plate and were small. So these 3 items were $26.25 with taxes which I think should be close $16-18 only. That's my opinion plus not an ambience one can enjoy dining in. They should really work on their rates....
