Vancouver Pizza Kitchen — Restaurant in Kelowna

I called them to order pizza and i ask him to hold for a second but he hung up on me saying nothing. I called them again and the guy over the phone has zero speaking skills. Very poor customer service. I ask them medium hot with ginger and cilantro on the top and well done pizzas but when i open the box the pizza were not even cooked. No ginger or cilantro and not spicy. Look like he gave me just bread with paneer and cheese. I called the store to complaint and the same guy answered the call. He said everything was there on the pizza. He said that sir i will call you back in a moment but i never received any call from him. Sorry to say dude but you just lost a customer today. I recommend everyone not to go there. Poor food and poor service. First you learn how to run a pizza store with good customer service and then Start the business. You can’t get ahead in the business with money. You need to have those skills too. It was my first and last time to your store....

Heard so many good things about Vancouver pizza! Not just the taste and quality of the food but also about the wonderful things they do for the community! Last night we had a small family gathering and also needed a gluten free pizza which they have 2 crust options for. Further we live quite a bit outside of their delivery radius but we're keen to try. Not only did they agree to deliver (for a nominal fee) but they also surprised us by including a lovely garlic bread pizza with dip with a thoughtful note inside. The pizzas were all outstanding! Some of the best pizza I’ve had in town. The crust is awesome!! But the best part of my experience was the service. I placed an online order that wouldn’t let me choose “ASAP” as an option, it set my pickup time for an hour and a half in advance. I walked into the store 15 mins later and let them know id like to pick it up ASAP. They were quite slammed with orders and said normally it would be 45 mins, but they happily said they could make my pizza in 10 mins!
