Since completion of renovations at the Okanagan Golf Club, Table Nineteen, cleverly named has distinguished itself as a place of quality for dining, yet welcomes a friendly atmosphere.
These tables are open to the public- and if you're looking for somewhere to have a nice drink, food and relax, then I highly recommend this locale. The service here is friendly and personable and the fare is very affordable.
They're also very community orientated, as when I visited, the tables were full of Canasta players having a wonderful time.
The food was excellent in it's quality- I had what was noted as the favorite on the menu, the Pear and Prosciutto Pizza, which boasted a very flavorful combination that was refreshing and filling. I highly recommend this if you visit.
This is also a very well kempt and clean locale- the bathrooms were spotless and the tables were gleaming.
If you're having trouble deciding upon your next meal out or you're feeling adventurous, then try out...
Read moreI have been here a few times now but nothing has impressed me as much as their dine around menu!
I had the Pork Belly on Sweet Potato Pave, the Short Rib Spinach Gnocchi and the Mango Cheesecake.
I’m not a big cheesecake gal but it was soo good. The short rib beef was to die for.
They also have awesome cocktails! The winter aperol spritz being my favourite
Other recommendations include the Waygu Beef Dumplings and Apple Pie.
The spinach gnocchi should be a mainstay! (critique would be to make the gnocchis proper instead of chopping a long roll & reduce the amount of potato crunchies on top)
Update: The Short Rib & Spinach Gnocchi is a mainstay (delicious but the Gnocchi, while the flavours were good, was gloopy the second time around). The Found on the Fairway dessert was so creative and delightful. Also loved the Fish and Chips - a nice big piece of real ling cod and delicious fries. I recommend getting the gravy too as it’s 10/10 - made from real beef...
Read moreIt’s hard to get a feel for this place. We had a reservation for 6:30 for 3 people arrived on time and were seated on the patio. 25 mins of sitting out there we only saw one staff member seating another table 20 mins into our visit.
Nobody arrived, nobody asked us if we wanted water even or a drink perhaps. My wife was frustrated which doesn’t usually happen for her. As we were getting up a young lady came by to advise that our server would be delayed as they were taking payment from another table. Wow, after 25 mins we were advised of a delay…we politely advised that we were going somewhere else and we left. Too bad because we were out to celebrate a new home purchase as we’d heard good things about Table 19. I guess we’ll never know. Terrible start that lead to a smart choice to leave. It didn’t seem that busy and we had a reservation - not a surprise....
