I went to A&W with my buddy late at night, acting like total fools around Feb 10-ish, 2025. My friend had his coupon booklet, but we both wanted the same thing. Kudrat, the employee taking our order inside, straight-up gave me a free coupon booklet.
At the end of the day, it wasn’t about the money, honestly. Kudrat just read the situation and did what was morally right. My buddy and I love coming back to this A&W because employees like Kudrat exist—people who aren’t just NPCs doing their job.
Food, service, and customer tolerance? All 5 stars, lmao.
Not sure if Kudrat is the manager or not, but mad respect—when I asked for his name, he gave me a firm handshake. Absolute W move. Morally, if someone doesn’t have the will to give a handshake, it’s just weird IMO, and kinda disrespectful when they don’t match the respect I give them.
The photo is just proof that I asked Kudrat for his name, he wrote it down for me, and honestly, from there, it’s my duty to show him the same respect.

Disappointed with food handling and Service I’m very unhappy with my recent visit to this A&W location. I witnessed staff handling food without wearing gloves and not washing their hands, even after clearly touching other surfaces and wiping their hands on their pants. This shows a serious lack of hygiene and awareness about cross-contamintion especially considering that customers are eating the food they’re preparing.

One of the best A&W locations 'during the day' but last night (Mar 19, 2021) had a terrible experience... Had an extremely long day at work and finished work around 1:30 AM in the night...was damn hungry and went to the drive-thru (as I knew it was 24 hrs open and I visit this place regularly)...I was surprised to see "drive-thru open" signage but no one to take my order. I drove to the window honked and even knocked but no answer. The 2 star is still for the good work these guys did in the past.
