Review #2: I'm editing my review because I gave this restaurant another chance but they successfully failed. The girl that was completing the online orders needs to be schooled on cross contamination, and the entire staff needs to be inspected for knowledge in food safety. The girl completing online orders kept touching and moving the tablet, then the food then the tablet again; the tablet was filthy and didn't look like it gets cleaned often/if ever. The tablet needs to be placed in a central location so she can see what to put in the order without having to touch it over and over again. I also had to tell her to change her gloves after she picked stuff up off the floor. I had to get the other girl to change her gloves as well after handling cash then coming to make my order. They also overload the hot sauce. I like spicy, but she drowned the burrito with so much and I asked her to remake it but she refused. I walked out. I'm done and never coming back (you're welcome) and I'm telling my friends not to eat here. I hope you get a surprise inspection from the health authority during your busy time without a manager there. Disgusting and Awful. Negative 5 stars if I could.
Review #1: The food is ok but the girls working here need a serious attitude adjustment and some detailed customer service training....
Read moreThis place is missing quite a bit, yet I still find myself coming back for more.
I've only gotten the big a#% burrito everytime I've gone so my review will be based on that.
The tortilla is great quality, tastes great and has the perfect malleability. The choice of meats are great and plentiful, but a bit strange for not having ground beef at a Mexican joint. The toppings are great and tastes amazing and fresh, but they lack sour cream which is another thing that's pretty typical for a Mexican restaurant. They also dont have pico de gallo which I feel they should since it has an authentic Mexican feel to it. But I guess this isnt your typical mexican place after all.
All in all this place is great, it has tons of options for sauces, toppings, meats. But it lacks some typical Mexican ingrediants which I feel it causes it to come short of 5...
Read moreFrustrating experience at Quesada tonight. Ordering was confusing and disorganized and it took forever for the server to make our four tacos. This place needed a much clearer ordering system for first-timers like us. The guy made our tacos then left them by the till to go make someone else's order while we waited for another person to complete another customer's large order before she finally came to process/charge us for ours. Then for a final kick in the pants we were charged $1 per taco for guacamole (like, one tablespoon of guac per taco... seriously?!). Ridiculous. We see no reason to ever go back to Quesada. I only gave two stars because the food...
