I was there march 5, 2024 for lunch and the wait time just for someone to come to the cash was more than 5 min . I only stuck around becuse the 2 people in front of me were Frustrated and left. Mr. Manager you are struggling and loosing customers because you are not setup efficiently to cater to uber eats, dordash, car service and walkin . At one point When I was there there were 3 people looking at an uber eats for more than 30 seconds because of a confusion . Thats when the person in front of me had enough and left. I will now go to StHubert for the same price. I can get a chicken meal hot in less than 2 min 3 min. I also noticed friday morning at 7:45 I went for a coffee because starbucks was closed I noticed the tops of the trays holders where we leave the trays was still dirty from the previous day . Either again a no mayo with mayo, No fries in my combo, no bacon in my burger and now the latest, No meat in my burger!!! I had enough and the management hasnt done anything so far. After standing in the restaurant waiting over 20 minutes for my order, she hands me a bag with half of my order and the burgers with the wrong toppings. Meanwhile, I have my severely autistic daughter sitting in the restaurant waiting over 20 minutes, only to find out her food is wrong.
