First of all if you don't understand how to store sauces and stuff especially hot sauce then maybe don't offer it to the general populace. Northern reaper should be kept capped and shook before use as it settles and evaporates leaving an almost pure extract.

My husband's favorite burrito place was ruined by lazy, deadpanned workers that seemed inconvenienced as we came in.

He got what he normally would (not usually from this location) which is the northern reaper burrito. The lady which was working didn't shake the bottle and looked as though the hot sauce just gets left open (it isn't in the refrigerated buffet slots to keep cool it usually just sits on the counter.

The other ingredients were tasting and seeming as if they were super old. Within minutes of finishing he got a nasty burning sickly feeling as one would feel when they ingest pure extract oil. He is still sick and in immense gastrointestinal and stomach pain.

The laziness of the prep of the food could have avoided all of this. This could be due to old ingredients, expired ingredients or unsafe and lazy...

Food is pretty good. Some of it tends to be a little bland but still enjoyable and a great price. I come here often as it’s near my work. I came by today for dinner though and am really disappointed. Tables were dirty and the employees were sitting in the dining room on their phones. When we walked up they went behind the counter and started serving our food without gloves after just being on their phone. On top of that the cost of a regular sized bowl is $11.99 and the shrimp adds $1. When I got to the till I was charged $13.99 for the bowl before tax. I tried to explain the issue to the guy checking me out but he just argued with me that the price was right. Eventually I just gave up since it’s only a dollar but still very annoying. Definitely double...

I was there like half n hour ago. The girl there did not bother to say hi or hello. Anyways never mind but when we were ready to order she was busy filling the condiments. She was super super rude. We literally thought we should go out and go somewhere else. I want to convey her that this is customer service job.she definitely needs full training of customer service. This is not how it works here. You don’t wanna say hi no problem but at least if somebody is paying for their meal which is obviously not free should at least get a good customer service. She should not be working in this industry if she doesn’t know basic etiquettes. “She made us feel that why are we here”Never gonna come back. Definitely telling our friends...
