I would give them a 0/5.

I went to this restaurant as a customer, and they thought I was the delivery driver. I mean, come on, I'm just trying to get my Taro Beverage and chill. You aren't supposed to ASSUME that. After that, I ordered my drink and sat down at a table. Then this lady came over and put my drink on another table and told me to get it myself. Why would you serve my drink at a different table and ask me to get it myself? And after I went to grab my drink, she told me to take my bag with me. Again, I am a customer who is still sitting at that table. You cannot ask me to go away while I am sitting at a table. Then while I was grabbing my drink she tried to seat some new customers at my table even though my bag was still there. Even those customers were feeling awkward by this whole situation. You cannot treat your customers like this. I don't know if she had something personal against me being a customer over there but you cannot treat anyone like this. This was really unprofessional and my worst customer service experience in Canada.

Please improve the customer service of this place and start treating your customers with respect. Serving your customers with what they ordered at their table is literally the bare minimum to be expected at a restaurant. And as long as a customer is paying for stuff, you cannot remove them from...

I went to have lunch with a friend. At the beginning everything was fine and food was ok, not as good as last time when I went there though. When we were almost done, I'd like to have more water and waived. A lady looked at me and nodded but didn't say anything. So I knew she thought we were asking for bill. That's okay, we can ask for water when she brings the bill. We chatted for a while and realized that nobody came. So I waved at her again. She said "Wait". Then she talked to other customers and gave them bill. That's not nice but still okay. At last there were only us and another table of customers were still eating. The lady went back to counter and I thought it's my turn. But no, she started to wipe a table and brought a broom to clean the floor. For some reason she just kept us waiting on purpose. We finally went to the cash to pay. Another guy helped us there and the woman came up and tried to stop us and said that we should wait. But as the guy has accepted the money, she finally gave up. Beside waiving at her twice, we didn't even talked to her as the other guy took the order and brought the food . Not sure why she was mad at us and wanted to keep us waiting.. maybe a bad...

We ordered takeout for dinner and overall, it was a good meal with great value for your money.

The Thai Style Tom Yum Soup was stuffed full of veggies and in our case, tofu. It wasn't as tangy as I prefer and have had at other places, but it was still very good.

The Singapore Style Stir Fried Vermicelli could have used a bit more seasoning. However, there were plenty of fresh vegetables, which were cooked just right, along with moist and tender chicken slices.

The Thai Red Curry was probably my least favourite of the dishes I ordered. The beef was tender and plentiful and the potatoes were cooked well - still firm and didn't disintegrate. It's unfortunate that the sauce was a little bland. The dish wasn't bad and we finished it, but I would likely not order this one again and get my Thai curries at a Thai restaurant.

The Grilled Chicken on Vermicelli was the standout for me. The rice noodles were perfect, the meat was tender, and the sweet sauce provided a nice balance, with the fresh sprouts and carrots adding nice crunch to the dish.

I'd happily order from here again and look forward to exploring the...

Thought I would try their Pad Siew today, hoping it would be tasty and closer to home than other restaurants further away. I've had it before several times at other Viet-Thai restaurants at Ben Thanh and JC Royal and seen many similar recipes for it, so was expecting something similar to all other recipes I've seen for Pad Siew. Unfortunately I was super disappointed with the dish I got. It looked absolutely nothing like any other Pad Siew I've ever had or seen. Very little noodles - and they were mushy and soggy too at the bottom of the container, so much vegetables I've never, ever seen in Pad Siew (where was the Chinese broccoli? Or garlic?), not to mention all the sauce it was drenched in. This was unlike any other Pad siew recipe you can find anywhere. Would not recommend to anyone. It pretty much ruined my dinner. Thankfully I ordered 2 apps - grilled pork rolls and cheese and crab wontons, which were tasty as usual, and became my dinner. It's the only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of none. The Pad Siew unfortunately will be in the trash. Never again.

Great food, served piping hot. The restaurant is bright and clean and tastefully decorated. We were invited to choose our seat (booth by the window), and immediately were given a pot of green tea while we perused the menu. The server does not approach you - you write down the order numbers for the dishes you want, and someone comes to collect your order slip when you’re finished. The restaurant was quiet at the time we went (I think mostly doing take-out orders) and we received our food quickly. The staff does not hover about or check in with you as in western restaurants, but very friendly and what we needed arrived promptly. No bill to the table; you pay at the cash register. Have eaten there twice now, and am eager to explore more of the menu. I had tofu with mixed vegetables this time, my husband had tofu with eggplant, and we split a mango salad. Everything was delicious.
