Pita Pit — Restaurant in Kitchener

Iv been a fairly regularly customer of pita pita at various locations for several years and I must say this is by far the worst experience at a pita pit. First the girl taking our order was super miserable and almost seemed bothered that we were there. Second she disappeared into the back for a few minutes before making the order and 3rdly. A huge cross contamination issue. I asked for tiziki sauce on my pita and when she applied the tiziki to the pita there were several black olives mixed in with the tiziki. When I told her she rolled her eyes and just left them there, I had to tell her 3 times before she removed just one olive and then starts arguing with me that she removed them all. It is clear that she uses one utensil for all sauces because it had several different colors of residue on them. Also a quick mention that the humis was dry and crusty. I used to eat here once or twice a week, until a man/ possible owner served me with attitude. I ordered a small pita and have never had an issue with toppings from anyone before. This guy counted 3 spinach leaves and when I asked for more spinach he very rudely said " You might have to make it a large then" Then proceeded to put litteraly 2 more spinach leafs on. I was so thrown off I couldnt dare ask for anymore toppnings to the 3 small tomatoes and 3 cucumbers. The smallest pita I have ever had, when normally I get it loaded and not one person has given me a hard time. Those 2 extra spinach leaves really made it so full he had to tell me it would need to be a large lol. Asking for extra Tatzyki was like asking for gold as he put a minuscule amount on. The pita was 2 cms in width and wrapped around was all bread. The rest of the staff are great, but unfortanetly I wont ever come back to this location again. I guess he doesnt want to make...

I went to Pita Pit in Sunrise Mall because I love pitas. I was extremely disappointed. I asked for assortment of fillings and wanted a little feta cheese and shredded cheese but after putting on the shredded cheese she said I couldn't have the feta as she already gave me my cheese allotment. I asked for more lettuce as I only had a tiny amount but she put a lot of spinach on and wouldn't add more lettuce. There was hardly a bit of sauce on and she cut it. I would have liked to have had it grilled and she reluctantly grilled it. I was disappointed because it was not the service either foodwise or customer service wise I usually get at Pita Pit. My sister in law and I compared sandwiches. She got a small prepared my another server. I got the regular and hers was significantly larger than mine.
