3.5 Stars from me, Def not 4, but more than a 3 star. I usually fancy Bobby O Briens Guelph location. When my friends group wanted to get together for wings I suggested Bobby O Briens. Since Guelph was too far for some to drive, one of the now patrons brought up the idea about the kitchener location. Not realizing Kitchener had a location, I was pumped. We got to the location, not super busy (unlike the Guelph location{understanding now that i know what i know}) which was nice. Me and one of my friends split on a pitcher for $15 b4t, which i look back on my receipt and realized that we should have been charged $13 b4t... W.E so thats my first little...issue, My second mini issue is that the Guelph location charges 25 cents per wing, when this location charges 35 cents per wing, which is kind of like going to one McDonalds, getting a big mac for $8 and then going to a different location on a different day and then being charged $11 for that same ish big mac.... kinda wrong IMHO. My Third bigger issue is the SIZE OF THE WINGS... OMG ok... so like i am totally ok with paying more per wing if they are bigger, or better quality.... BUTTTTT they werent -_- like not even close. i have been to the Guelph location like... 5 times in the past couple of months for wings, and like the guelph seems to have bigger wings that arent dry.. Not that the kitchener location was super dry, they were hit and miss. but not as big or as juicy. Put it this way... i usually eat 3 pounds at the Guelph location... i ate 5 here.... after i had a late lunch... (bones have mass aswell)
after all of this negativity, i do have to say when they did the hit part of "Hit or Miss", the wings were great. The sauces were nice, the wings hot etc, still not the biggest wings i have seen... but they are "35 cents" each Roughly ( weather they go by $/lb or count each wing Idk it varies a bit). so what do you expect for 35 cents is the question you should ask yourself.
If i had one recommendation for the Kitchener location. is that if they want to charge more than their other location, that fine. You are obvy allowed to do that. Just make sure you expect that your customers are going to expect a better wing, not equal, not less but better.... I would rather see you guys bumping the price from the 35 cent mark up to 40 or 50 cents a wing and get a better large wing. Visit the Heidelberg Hotel and order a lb of their wings on Thursday nights. They are ~70 cents each, and they calculate the lb of meat and not meat and bone.... their wings are the wings to base your quality off, as they are considered to be better than Morty's wings, which use to be the base line.

Seating was fine. My friends ordered drinks and they came promptly. We then ordered our food, no appetizers - just entrées. It took about 45 minutes for any food to come out for us, and even then, it was part and parcel. Half of my friends were left watching us eat while they waited for their food.
What’s worse is that the food isn’t even that good. Fries were cold which just proves the food was sitting before being served. I ordered the fish and chips and the batter was very spongy and undercooked. The tartar sauce tasted fine but was a bright yellow colour for some reason which was very offputting. Also, who serves fish and chips without a lemon wedge?
I was halfway thru eating my meal when I decided to order a beer. I ordered a Mill St. Organic. The beer arrived and within a few tastings I knew something was not right. Now, I’m no beer connoisseur but I know for a fact that Mill St. Organic is not supposed to taste like oranges. The bartender either got my drink completely wrong or the glass was tainted/not cleaned properly after having Blue Moon in it. Thankfully our server took the beer off the bill but it was still disappointing.

Read moreWe went there after going to the M Museum. We ordered three burgers (including a kids version), the Cuban sandwich and kids chicken fingers. Cuban sandwich was ok. Fries were ok. Chicken fingers was more crust than chicken, dry, but ok, edible. The burgers were extremely spicy. Yep, that is it, the regular burger was spicy. My favourite cuisine are Indian and Thai and I still found the burger spicy. Tasted like they simply added black pepper. Dry and hot spicy, never had this experience eating a burger. I thought the kids version would be ok until my son started crying. Then I tried his and it was just the same. Complained to the server. She went to check and came back saying the cook said they don't add anything to it, that it is a very plain burger. This upsets me so much. You have three customers saying the burger is spicy, but they say there are no spices add to it at all. So try it! I couldn't bear to eat mine, nor did my son. The server was nice, though, and they ended up not charging for the burgers. We were hungry and all we ate was fries, which is not a meal.
Would not recommend, nor go back...
