Ive lives close to this place and frequented often over the years but will no longer go back. The inconsistency of service and quality has been an issue the last several years and I’m not willing to take a chance on it again

Tonight’s experience was such a let down. They weren’t busy at all. Maybe 8 tables in the place. I think the pandemic has certainly taken its toll and it’s days are numbered.

Here is a list of my gripes from tonight’s visit

Took over 15 minutes just to get our drinks ordered

Ordered coffee and it was so strong it was obviously sitting for hours. Could have hidden some of the taste but they had no cream left. They never offered refills to drinks.

Ordered nachos to share. The nachos were to have had extra cheese and beef and chicken added. We are talking about $30 nachos with these add ons. Nachos arrived cold. Hamburger was obviously a cooked burger patty that they broke up into chunks. Chicken was stringy pieces that looked old and was dried out

The only reason I have given 2 stars is that the chicken tacos were pretty good.

Service was so inattentive we were not given the opportunity to voice concerns.

Went there for dinner Monday June 20. We have been there twice before - hoping the third time was a charm... it wasn't. I will start out by saying that our server Tim was the only redeeming quality about Casey's. ...but regardless, we will not return. I had a chicken pasta dish that had two very small strips of chicken - pasta was OK, but to pay $15 for a "chicken pasta" where the chicken is barely existent seemed a bit much. My partner had the brisket with sweet potato fries and coleslaw. The brisket was about 4 fork fulls, was very dry and had no sauce to accompany it. Anywhere else we have had brisket it has been very tender, moist and with lots of sauce on it. The coleslaw was absolutely terrible. I don't believe there was any kind of dressing on it whatsoever. The only good part of the meal was the sweet potato fries. With $20.50 spent on her meal, it didn't seem worth it when all she had was fries and a couple bites of meat (the coleslaw rendered itself non edible) We ended up going to the McDonald's drive thru afterward just to have something to eat! I would not recommend going to this restaurant when there are many more along the same price and in the same area that offer much...

My husband stopped by the get 2 chicken dinner salads but when he arrived home one was missing the chicken. I called and asked them to please send the chicken by delivery . The lady who answered the phone said she would go ask the manager. Then she came back on the phone pretending to be the manager saying that they had been very busy and therefore my expectations should be low because they were overwhelmed. I told her I wanted to speak to the real manager and she said he would be in the next day and then hung up on me . This is the second time meat has been missing from one of our take out salads. The last time when I called they suggested that my husband ate the meat on the way home and was lying to me 😂 I will not be returning and suggest you don’t either if serving the food they offer is too taxing for them . To the Management- I’d look at the quality of people you are hiring . Lying to a patron and hanging up on them is never acceptable . All I wanted is what I paid for $20 is way too much for a...
