I'm generally pretty forgiving on reviews but this one needed to be mentioned. I'm pretty sure if this order was in person vs a Door Dash order, there's no way they would have made the meal they way they did. I ordered a No. 2 bowl, which I've had a number of times, and it's normally pretty good. I added chicken (+$4.59) and avocado (+$2.75) and you can see what arrived in the photos. It was so absurd I weighed it for a laugh. 62g's of chicken, and maybe 1/5th of an avocado. For context, 62g's of chicken means they're charging about $33/lb for chicken (454/62)*4.59. That can't possibly be the correct measurement of chicken as an add on, and if it is, it's worth mentioning that on the menu so we can all avoid it. It had less than 10 chick peas, no shredded carrot, and a handful of spinach. Look, I get it, prices have gone up, but I paid $22 for that meal. I not only paid the inflated price, but somehow also got less food? There are just too many other great options out there in at that price point to get that little.

I have been visiting this Chopped Leaf franchise regularly and really appreciate what they’re doing with their healthy food options. It’s a great spot if you’re looking for fresh, nutritious meals that don’t feel heavy. So some of the items on their menu like the Mediterranean bowl can be a bit bland in flavor, especially if you're used to bold spices. Their menus offer a clean, wholesome taste that a health-conscious eaters will enjoy. That said, a few of their sandwiches are surprisingly flavorful and delicious like their pesto sandwich!! Location to dine is also great and spacious. Staff is friendly. Only four star because their kids menu do not have any veggie options! All of the dishes on their kids menu had chicken 🐣 Overall, it’s a nice choice for a quick, healthy bite, especially if you’re trying to eat lighter without guilt!

Ordered online for delivery- the most skimpy waste of money ever. Paid an extra $5 for chicken and got absolutely no chicken in my "rice" bowl. Maybe 4 bites of rice?? 2 tiny slivers of carrot? Overpacked with spinich and practically nothing else. The rice tasted good but not good enough to pay close to $30 for 4 bites of rice. I would not recommend wasting your money. They give you literally 5 bites of food max. They covered the top of my bowl with spinich so it looked like I was receiving more food than I actually was as well. My coworker even said "wow thats a lot of food" and then when I ate through the spinich, there was basically nothing left at all and she revoked that statement. I also ordered a Naked smoothie, which happens to be 3 days expired. Go literally anywhere else.

It is very unfortunate for me to have to say I will nolonger be ordering from here. I don't know if it is a whole bunch of new staff or new management but the accuracy of orders has been horrible... which wouldn't be so bad but then the customer service after they mess up has been disappointing. I have never in my life dealt with a place that takes absolutely no responsibility for their mistakes and blames the customer and says they are lying. Which is what I was told after they messed up 2 orders in a row with no resolve. It made me very angry and it showed and they then used that against me too. The food is too expensive for them to be messing up my order and not making it right and even more so when ordered through UBER and the restaurant mess up two times in a row on their end. Uber wouldn't fix it and they wouldn't either. 2 days I couldn't eat a lunch and had to work with no food and was offered no resolution. It's too bad, cause I was a regular there. Almost everyday I was going and I would have recommended and did recommend it to all my friends and coworker. I will now being doing the opposite....

On Sat, Feb 17th - I ordered a Bangkok shrimp bowl and the shrimps that came in the salad were not properly cleaned, and I couldn't eat it at all, almost threw up after two bites - plus I saw the server handling chopped lettuce and God knows what else with her bare hands. When I asked her for a refund ,she refused straight up, and then when I showed her the shrimps and told her about her incorrect handling of food - she took offense to that and said 'I am making up things now to get a refund ' because she knew she did handle the lettuce with her bare hands. Eventually she slammed a $20 bill to be in a very rude manner without an apology.

I do not recommend this place and the customer service here isn't the best either. The server was constantly on a phone call while doing her job

Sorry , but this the first and last time I will...
