We used Dime X Meats for our wedding this past July. Dimitri and his team were very flexible and worked closely with us to ensure the meal was exactly what we wanted.

The appetizers included a beautifully plated charcuterie board and borek (savory pastry with filling) for each table. The food was served family style, with more than enough for every guest, ensuring no one left hungry. We entrusted Dimitri and his team to plan the menu, and they prepared grilled chicken, roast beef, and Karadjordjeva schnitzel, accompanied by roasted vegetables, potatoes, and shopska salad.

They did an excellent job timing the food service, ensuring it was hot and beautifully plated, both before and after speeches. The team was organized, helpful, and checked in multiple times during the meal to ensure everyone had what they needed. Their effort allowed us to relax and enjoy the meal alongside our guests.

Many guests raved about the food, especially the stuffed schnitzel, which was a clear favorite. Dimitri and his team also accommodated dietary restrictions, including nut allergies and vegetarian diets. Guests with restrictions appreciated their attentiveness, such as serving the vegetarian meal separately from the others.

We also appreciated Dimitri checking in with us and our guests throughout the day, demonstrating the care and dedication he and his team put into their work. We highly recommend Dime X Meats for any event and would gladly use them again in the future.

Dime Meats is an absolute gem for anyone craving authentic Balkan cuisine. Everything is prepared fresh in-house, from the warm, soft lepinja (Balkan flatbread) to the juicy, perfectly seasoned ćevapi and other expertly grilled meats.

At the heart of it all is Dime himself, the owner, who carefully and passionately prepares every dish. You can taste the love, skill, and tradition in every bite. His dedication to quality, freshness, and authenticity is unmatched.

They specialize in takeout, making it easy to enjoy these incredible flavors at home, but they also have a few tables if you prefer to dine in. Either way, the service is warm, welcoming, and efficient.

I cannot say enough positive things about this place.

They recently hosted the Tri City Food Ninjas and brought in enough seating for our group. What a unique and wonderful experience we had! Being able to talk with the staff while watching the flames fly up on the grill behind them definitely enhanced our experience.

When it comes to the food... The Cevapi is worthy of legendary status. The bread that comes with the dish is also incredible. Not only to they bake their own breads fresh every day, they bake batches as they need it. This means, you're always receiving things fresh. Everything is farm to table. They even do their own butchering.

Definitely a place to hit up whether you are looking for a group experience, lunch, or catering. They do it all.
