Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Kitchener

Ever since Domino's rebranded last year, we've been loyal customers to Domino's over the other major pizza chains. This location I've frequented almost every other week because it's the most convenient. last couple experiences have been sub par though. 1. mixed up order of wings for pick up, so i called them back, and since i was home before i noticed the problem, i said leave it for next time...and the guy on the phone said we'll remember your phone number and make sure I get my wings order next time...linked to my phone number. that's appreciated. The next time I ordered (exactly 1 week later), I requested my wings that were owed to me. the guy had to check with manager (understandable) but found that they didnt write anything down about my phone number. so they're like THIS time we will give it to you for free..... soIso thinking to myself: I paid for these last time but didn't get them....excuse me?!

handful of the staff like to not wear their masks consistently...continuous on and off and on again....moreover 1 or 2 of them wear them only covering their mouths with their nose exposed....like what's the point of wearing a mask at all?! proper hygiene from folks handling food during a pandemic would be much...

This is a sketchy location, recommend to avoid. Can smell rotting cheese at the counter. Have had issues with delivery drivers not reading instructions. Recently they forgot to deliver a pizza and said they'd return. Call back 2 hours later and manager says they aren't coming and he will give me a voucher instead and put it on my file when I call in. Annoying, but fine. Call about a week later after midnight and employee says theres no voucher on my account and that i need the managers approval, maybe order tomorrow. Disappointing there was no follow through from Management, although if the manager was there I'm sure he would have authorized it as he was reasonable over the phone previously. Just sad he said he would put it on my file and did not. I wish them the best but I hope they get their...

I would've given this Domino's 4.5 stars but it won't let me. Only God get's 5 stars! I felt guilty once I got my pizza; which incidentally arrived in good time, even though I was called to alert me the driver would be 5 minutes late. That's customer service! As for the guilt, I had indicated to the proprietor I was a first time customer, I didn't care for the pizza joints right across the street and that I wasn't impressed with the two reviews (the third review was obviously written by a 'ringer' LOL) but was willing to give his establishment a chance. Well the pizza arrived and it was WOW when I opened the box! Can you ever get tooooo many toppings? YES. But the proprietor wanted to make a good impression and this Domino's...
