This was our first time here and we loved their Hakka food.
We ordered take out and got 2 items - Veg Manchurian and Veg Hakka Noodles. We loved them both.
However, there are other areas where they have to work on.
Here is the detailed review: Their location is perfect as they are part of a big plaza there is ample parking spots available. Although, I was not able to find a handicapped parking spot close to them in the big parking lot.
They have lots of seating space and they are open for Dine-in!!! I am sure you would find a spot there if your decide to show up without any reservations.
They definitely lost 1 star since they do not have handicapped accessible entrance. They have 2 doors first had that but the second does not. It shouldn't have been a big deal to have it for the second door.
The food is AMAZING!!! We never had such amazing Hakka food!!!
We are definitely going back again to try all of the items on their menu one by one.
Veg Manchurian - 5/5 - it was awesome! We loved it. It has been so long to find a Veg Manchurian that actually taste soo good. You can actually taste and see the veggies and not the flour. The size of the balls are pretty big as well. Please see the attached pic. The sauce is even better. They had the right mix of spices and it was not hot. Loved it!!!
Hakka Noodles - 4/5 - the noodles were good as well. They had a lot of veggies in them and were cooked really well. It would be good if there were a little bit of spices.
They lost another star as they are expensive. The quantity of the food is not enough for 2 people which we assumed as all of the other Hakka places do serve a good portion. In addition, the prices are a on the higher side which makes it difficult to justify the small portion.
They are definitely following the COVID protocols as no two close tables were filled.
All in all amazing taste, great location, heavy on the pocket and lots of space. Pls try them once and we are sure you will be as pleased as we all!!!
Edit: We got chance to dine-in and our experience was not good. The quality of food lowered significantly than the take-out and the preparation time was quite long too. Both the quantity and the quality of the dishes was not good. It could be that there was a different chef. Moreover, there are very less options on their menu for an Indian restaurant. The men's washroom was clean but they were out of paper towels.
Therefore, recommended for 1 time dine-in but at your own risk and the quality of food heavily depends...

We had a terrible experience at this restaurant, and unfortunately, it ruined our birthday dinner. We visited on November 4th and specifically ordered three vegetarian dishes. We even made sure to mention that everything needed to be vegetarian. However, when the momos arrived, my friend and I took a bite only to realize that they were chicken, not vegetarian as requested.
When we flagged the issue with the server, she seemed uninterested and continued with her tasks. My friend had to go to her and ask directly whether the momos were vegetarian, and the server casually replied "yes" without checking. I then had to call her over to verify, at which point she went to the kitchen and returned to tell us that they had mistakenly served chicken momos. She claimed the chef had gotten confused, despite the restaurant not being busy at all.
We were so disappointed that we decided to leave the restaurant, as this was not just a simple mistake but a major error that ruined our celebration. When I asked for the manager or owner’s contact information to file a complaint, the server hesitated and refused multiple times before finally providing it. I also requested the name of the chef who made the mistake, but she lied, first saying she didn't know the chef’s name, then later claiming she couldn't give it to me. This lack of accountability is alarming.
Upon speaking with colleagues at work, I learned that similar incidents have happened to others. A quick look at online reviews confirmed this is a recurring issue, and it’s clear that the restaurant is not concerned with correcting it.
What was even more frustrating was the response to the situation. The server, Krati, showed no urgency or care, and the chef didn’t even have the decency to come out and apologize. It’s concerning to think that this could happen repeatedly, especially when people choose not to eat non-vegetarian food for religious, dietary, or health reasons.
This restaurant clearly doesn’t take these concerns seriously, and I would caution anyone with dietary restrictions to...
Read moreLast time, I really love the food and the ambience service everything so I took my friends to flame house and literally this time it was so worst I cannot even tell you we paid for $90 and we got literally bad bad super bad treatment and the manager may be. I don’t know who he is the person who was serving he was continuously talking to only one table we were calling and asked he’s not even responding to us and after few minutes he’s coming back and talking to us. We were asking him about the curries suggestions. He’s not giving the suggestion. He’s not even describing how the curry is like. He is saying that Every curry is good. You can order anything even he is telling you can choose one item and we will prepare it. Everything will be good and it turned out to be so worse. We ordered chicken curry Which should be really good the way he said which have literally tomato taste and we ordered in mixed veg which was half of the vegetables were not cook it’s about broccoli and that’s all and everything but butter was good and we ordered two tikka in which I loved Achari chicken tikka but the other I don’t know pepper chicken I really don’t understand what that taste it was. I think they should improve the customer service because the manager of the restaurant who serving is not serving in an ethical way properly. He feels like it’s home and he’s talking anything. He don’t have a basic logic even to talk to any customers. I hope you receive this and please try to change, even one more thing. According to price the quantity is very less. We ask him one curry will serve how many people and he was like one curry will serve for one person which is really not good and it is for $18.01 curry Please try to understand this genuine review and try to take some action on it. Thank you so much. For the first time i loved it and now this place is degrading. Moreover, sharing you serving...
