This Harvey's is mismanaged, the staff are friendly but that is the end of their customer service ability, and the owners care more about covering up bad reviews and full-on moving the location before heeding the constructive criticism that is left by customers. This same set of staff was located at Harvey's Strausberg plaza. The service was slow, sub-par food and ingredients, many low star reviews. I myself worked within the plaza, and dealt with wrong orders and forgotten items constantly. The location closed, which I assumed was a reflection of the service. Excited to have proper Harvey's, I walked into the new location only to see it staffed by completely familiar faces. Now I can see that the community reviews are back to what I would expect them to be. Confused why this establishment has half one-star reviews and half five-star reviews? Each and every 5 star review has been left by a person who has only left 1 review ever. I have reviewed 40+ establishments, this is not slander or bias. This is the reality of this restaurant. I recommend the owners shut down, re-hire and re-train their staff, and publicly apologize for simply trying to hide it's continuous faults...
Read moreI visited here with two of my friends on 19th September around 9PM. At the moment we entered itself the crew members wasn’t that happy and welcoming. We ordered and we served after somebody ordered after us and I didn’t even get any greeting or apology regarding that and one lady was in the front she was preparing the burger but as a customer I felt a rude attitude towards us. On the same time she was greeting the other customer which was in the queue. How can someone who’s working in a restaurant be like this treating different customers with different attitude. Even two of my friends had the same feeling and it wasn’t the 1st time we’re having burgers from Harveys. As I was working in food industry we know how to handle customers. To be honest this is the first time I felt like this from any restaurant.
