Unhappy customer - clunks in drink, weird gross texture

Worst customer service, they’re unreasonable. They don’t fix drinks as they do at other bubble tea places like Yi Fang and Gong Cha (and probably Cha Time) who take accountability to resolve issues.

Complete waste of $9 and the 1/2+ hour we were there. Would’ve liked a refund but I just requested to change our drink, yet the lady flat out just said no ā€œyou already drank itā€ā€¦i only took 1 small sip of the large drink... It was literally still full to the very top.

There were also 2-3 customers who were behind us in line get their orders first before us. Slow and really bad customer service. At the end, she still kept handing the drink back to us (…seriously??) after we (twice) said it’s fine, she can throw it out because we obviously aren’t happy with the drink…

They don’t care about their customers. I’ve recommended this place to friends but we’re never going back here...

nice and roomy with lots of seats, almost like Starbucks very clean! Unlike some shops around the area, their store is very clean and tidy. I didn't notice any dust, grease or rust when sitting down fantastic service. Most of the staff are super friendly and helpful can customize ice and sugar for most of the drinks-- I find a lot of BBT stores to not offer customization anymore or have decreased the number of drinks that can be customized the pearls are always fresh and chewy (I had to drink a lot before I was able to tell the difference between stale and fresh pearls, but once I could differentiate, stale pearls always made me frown šŸ™) their fruit teas actually have fruit inside. I was really delighted to find lots of pineapple to nibble on.

Something to note: for fresh milk, go for the latte series. Milk tea is often made with creamer (like coffee mate) in Canada. I haven't had their snacks before so don't...

Overall recommendation – Must visit! We visited the one at King St. This place is an absolute gem! Super cozy and packed with options. From bubble tea to slushes, lattes, punches, yogurt drinks, and more, there’s something for everyone. We stumbled upon it while looking for a quick drink to quench our thirst, and we were so glad we did!

The drinks were so refreshing. We ordered 2 drinks: Lychee Iced Tea – I liked the flavor, but I missed the boba. Make sure to ask for it separately if you want some Mango Yoghurt - This was thick, creamy, and honestly heavenly. Perfect balance of sweet and tart.

It's popular, so be prepared for a bit of a wait, but the wait isn’t bad at all. The lively music makes the time pass by quickly, and the energy here is really fun. We will definitely visit again to try out some more of...

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Kung Fu Tea, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The service was exceptional, with attentive staff members ready to assist at every turn. The menu boasts an impressive array of options, allowing customers to customize their drinks to perfection by selecting the precise amount of milk, sugar, and ice they desire. What truly stood out to me was the thoughtful balance between very sweet options and teas with a more subtle sweetness. The servers were incredibly helpful in guiding me through the menu, taking into account my taste preferences and desired sweetness level to ensure I found the perfect tea. Overall, my experience at Kung Fu Tea was nothing short of fantastic, and I can't wait to return for another delightful beverage. Happy Drinking 😃

Just wow!! Being bubble tea addicts, we found this little jewel in Kitchener downtown makes every option in the menu with PERFECT care!! Forget about any other place you've chosen before: This one is many stars way above šŸ‘Œ Prepare for a 5-10 min wait. They really take their time and front desk staff seems to be still in training (Apr 1st 2023). Little mishap: I inquired about my order after waiting for 20 min, showed them my order slip, they could not find it anywhere. They apologized and rushed to prepare it for us. 8 min later, the best pearl latte and the rest of the order was ready for us to enjoy. Very nice ambiance, lovely wise quotes imprinted in their walls, beautiful flowers decoration too šŸ’“
