I go multiple times a week, every morning, order on the mobile app my coffee and go in to pickup, always the same way. Same 3 people in there. The young girl is amazing and always remembers my order and gives me my coffee right away - this is the only reason I give 2 stars for service. She is amazing and her little sister works there too. Very efficient, fast and actually smiles. The other 2 gentleman - one I always get, is soooooo slow, never smiles. I call him "the sloth". Absolutely miserable. He does, however, get my order right, so I will give him that. One time however, he closed the lid on my coffee with so much force that it started leaking all over me on my way to work and I couldnt drink it unless I took the lid off, so it was cold fast. Sloth was extra angry that day. Anyways, he has been there for years - since before Covid and sees me at least 3 times a week and serves me and still ignores me, never acknowledges me until my order is up, says my number/name in his annoying monotonous "I hate it here" voice and then slowly moves to the next order. Just miserable. Then there is a more quick fella who is newer but he always gets my order wrong. He started a few months ago and only makes the orders from what I have seen. Sloth will just punch in the orders and when he feels like it or new guy isnt there, actually make them. This has happened like 6 times where I have had to throw away my coffee. I ask for 2 creams everytime and ever since this guy has started (bless his heart) I have been getting double doubles. The order will clearly say 2 creams, but nope- sugar. Today, he even marked it on the cup 2 cream, 2 sugar. I cannot have sugar. I have finally snapped. Now I am super annoyed, because fine, once, twice. - people make mistakes. But it has happened half a dozen times now and its only been a few months. Read the freaken chit!!! I complained to head office and if it happens again I will be going into the store where my inner Karen will come out. Train your freaken employees to read the freaken chits!!!! Namaste. Read moreEvery day I pick up an Ice Coffee with Sugar Free Vanilla for my break where I take a few minutes to enjoy a little time out and relax... I usually get it at the Columbia location in Waterloo and the reason for that is...I will request an Ice coffee with SF vanilla and that is exactly what I get...perfectly mixed with cream with the perfect amount of SF vanilla... However when I go to the Victoria location and order the exact thing it is always either too dark with little to no SF vanilla taste...I have had to order my ice coffee with extra cream and unfortunately then it comes to me like cream rather coffee...it is from one extreme to another...the coffee almost always never even taste like there is any SF vanilla and I need to ask they put in extra pump which I am charged for and still ice coffee is nothing compared to what it should be. Wednesday April 24, 2019 again at the Victoria location I ordered through drive thru and Ice coffee with sugar vanilla...my coffee was presented with very little to no cream...I told the server that it was way to dark and needed additional cream...I advised that a new coffee be made as by pouring out coffee from the existing cup and adding cream would diminish the amount of SF vanilla...The server advised that I should have ordered coffee with extra cream...I explained that I hesitated as when I did it would be made to be mostly cream...he shrugged his shoulders obviously annoyed and proceeded to dumped half of the coffee from the original coffee (exactly what I requested him not to do) and added cream. I chose to accept coffee as that time as there were others cars behind me waiting patiently to be served and I left frustrated with the hope that the coffee turn out accepted....Unfortunately the coffee was horrible...the amount of cream was ok but of course it had very little amount of SF vanilla if any I would highly advise that your servers/help be properly trained in making products you sell and most importantly practice good customer service...You may want to contact the Columbia location manager and see if you could duplicate the training that they provide their workers. Read moreTonight after a long day my boyfriend and I decided to treat ourselves to McDonalds and were excited to have a quick, hot and tasty meal unfortunately that was not the case. We went in and ordered on the machine (order 752) and I opted for bacon on my bigmac because I had been craving it for days. While we waited for our order all you could see were five teenagers hanging behind the counter chitchatting and taking their time completing orders, not a good first impression ... then we got our order and proceeded to drive home (which is only about 5-10 mins away) when we got home there was NO bacon on my bigmac, which was so disappointing, my fries were ice cold and both mine and my boyfriends burgers were over salted and not very tasty. Here's where the real problem happened ... I called the restaurant and politely asked if I could speak to a manager. When I expressed to him that I was disappointed that they forgot the bacon I had paid extra for and that the food did not taste right he apologized BUT the thing that really angered me is when I mentioned that my fries were cold .. HE QUESTIONED ME! .. I work in the hospitality field, if a customer says the food was cold you don't say "Really? ... Cause they've been coming up hot and fresh all day" at the end of the conversation he took down my name and offered to only replace the cold fries the next time I come in.
