Couple days back after my dad got out hospital over his finger covered we order food wait felt like hospital emergency room forever good thing was pretty chill all the time. My sister and my Dad's patience was getting there even sis ask how long then we got it. My egg sandwich was one small piece was dried as ever that's pet pevee over something else have no control over wish best for child and parent I nearly tumble over 3 kids I have steel toe boots on would not be kool and kinda rude too especially manners which im sorry bringing this up at store. But the washroom who ever made the building needs to learn make not clusterphoic and dangerous why don't why talking manners with space so no gets hit the process especially get lines during busy hrs some kid running over ya. Without saying excuse me please this is something constructive criticism for everyone not just the store. like room in 1999 willy wonka and chocolate factory hallway gets smaller. Males washroom imagine fight broke if someone had problem or provoke. Throughout the day had still a amazing experience spending time with family before my dad had head home he didn't want waiting in emerge over a fish hook ornament hook his pointing fingers. Love how nurses was giving him support throughout the ornament says "We Hooked the best Grandpa" he's a grandfather now. No stars on food it was terrible bacon thank you for hearing out my Saturday night went coming to mac Donald's and thanks again.

As a DoorDash delivery driver, I had a terrible experience at this McDonald’s location. I arrived to pick up an order and followed the proper process I rang the bell at the designated delivery door, but no one responded. I could clearly see staff inside, yet they completely ignored me. After waiting for several minutes, I went through the drive-thru as a backup option. The staff at the window bluntly told me to go back to the door and ring the bell which I had already done multiple times with no response. In total, I waited over 10 minutes, wasting my time while being treated like my work doesn’t matter. I’ve attached a video showing how they ignored me, and honestly, the way they treat delivery drivers here is unacceptable rude, careless, and completely disrespectful. It feels like they don’t even consider us human beings, let alone working professionals trying to do our jobs. This will be my last time accepting a pickup from this store. I’ll also be reporting this experience to DoorDash. I strongly advise other delivery drivers especially at night to avoid this location if you value your time and dignity. The staff here needs serious retraining on how to treat people with basic respect.

The young cashier going out of her way to ask her manager why I was unable to get the vanilla, chai frappe I was craving all day and my only reason for coming today, only to find out it has been discontinued (summer promotion perhaps). The girl being very apologetic, showed off her suptle confidence in her "upselling" skills by convincing me to order a complete meal deal which included a similar beverage but made with coffee instead, not bad indeed. The only drawback, prices have gone up recently. Footnote: I have been here for quite some time, enjoying the free Wi-Fi, and staff have been very accommodating and made me feel quite comfortable! Way to go weekend staff!!!

The service has gone down hill faster then the ice cream machine. Its nothing to be standing around waiting to be served, while they will only have 1 person doing cash, AND handing out orders, and others standing there, waiting to be told to do something. Few ppl seem to have the initiative to truly have that "customer service is important and maybe I should at least acknowledge their presence" attitude. Doesn't seem to help that little Staff seems to know how to properly use the front cash. A staff member attempted for over 5min to use my "points" and when he couldn't get it to take off the charge he tried to tell me I have to "make a purchase to use points". Then insisted on seeing I wasn't trying to use a promo, even though I had already shown AND explained it's points purchase. When he did finally figure it out, he put that single part through on the order, it was put through rushed, without asking if there was anything else, and basically being dismissed. I had to get him to start a 2nd order just to get a coffee and the 2 cookies they ALWAYS OVERCHARGE for. Again, tried to tell me I was wrong, even though the sign is there. He says "Yeah. I rang it in right." and when I showed him the receipt, he says "that says $1.49", and tried to brush me off. I said "look again please, you rushed the cookies some how to punch in as 2 singles @ $1.98". He tried to change the story then and say "it's a system thing, and it does that".... which one is it? I know it's only $.50 BUT that adds up and if they are over charging everyone how much extra are they making without ppl realizing??? On top of I've lost count how many times I've had to correct it.

There are a FEW awesome and amazing employees that definitely do make a difference, but the majority leave a LOT of room for improvement and...

My recent experience at McDonald's left me both disappointed and perplexed. As someone who frequents this location, I've always appreciated the convenience and reliability it offers. However, during my visit today, I encountered an issue that not only impacted the quality of my meal but also left me questioning the level of customer service provided.

I ordered a burger, hoping for the usual satisfying taste that I've come to expect from this establishment. Unfortunately, the burger was tasteless, dry, and missing the essential ketchup that should accompany it. Frustrated by the lack of flavor and condiments, I approached a crew member to express my dissatisfaction. Instead of receiving the understanding and empathy I anticipated, I was met with a surprising lack of remorse.

I even went so far as to mention that I was considering discarding the burger due to its subpar quality. To my astonishment, the crew member's response was one of indifference, as if my dissatisfaction didn't matter at all. As a customer, I believe that my concerns and feedback should be taken seriously, especially when the experience falls so short of expectations.

I understand that mistakes can happen in any establishment, but what truly matters is how those mistakes are addressed. A lack of remorse or willingness to rectify the situation can significantly impact a customer's perception of a brand. I sincerely hope that the management of this McDonald's takes a closer look at their customer service approach and the quality control of their offerings. ATTENTION UBER/SKIP/DOORDASH DRIVERS

Cant do a zero star rating 🥲. The worst place to collect orders from was McDonald's. Here's what happened: I went in to pick up my Skip the Dishes order. I approached the cashier and informed them about my order pickup, also mentioning that I wanted to order something for myself. The cashier agreed and took my order. While I was collecting my food, I informed another employee that I was waiting for a Skip order. They realized they had it and took a photo of it on their phone before preparing it. Meanwhile, I sat down and enjoyed my muffin and drink, which were the only items I had ordered as I hadn't had breakfast that morning. When I approached the counter again, the employee was still placing stickers on the bag. She then informed me that delivery riders are not allowed to make purchases while waiting for an order, claiming it was a rule. When I asked her to show me the rule, she brushed it off and said they would get another driver to deliver the food. She called her manager without even asking me what had happened, and the manager promptly canceled the order. It was a complete waste of time, and after reading the negative Google reviews, I understood why. This McDonald's was the worst, and it's no surprise they were hiring a new manager because the current one clearly doesn't know how to manage.
