I am deeply disappointed by my recent experience at Burger King. My family and I ordered food through the online app and arrived at the store to dine in at 9:30 pm. However, before receiving our complete order, we were abruptly thrown out by the employees in a disrespectful manner. Not only were we treated as if we were unwelcome, but we were also denied the products we had paid for. This incident occurred even though the store was supposed to be open until 12 o'clock.
The employees' behavior was completely unacceptable and tarnished the reputation of Burger King. No customer should be subjected to such disrespect and mistreatment. It is incredibly disappointing to see a company like Burger King fail to uphold basic standards of customer service and professionalism.
I urge potential customers to reconsider patronizing this Burger King location until they address and rectify these serious issues. No one deserves to be treated in such a disrespectful manner, especially when simply trying to enjoy a meal.

We came to the store and ordered for the Carolina BBQ burger and the poutine. We clearly asked the front representative if the sauce in Carolina BBQ poutine is beef or chicken and if the chicken burger is just chicken. After getting the order, we saw that the burger had bacon in it. we went back on the front counter and asked for getting our burger exchanged without bacon as we said. However, the front counter person said that I'll have to pay for the burger again. The front representative, went back and spoke to the manager, and the manager replied the same. After talking to the manager in person, I felt so disrespectful. I don't understand why such frustrated people are working in such a food and service industry. The manager came outside and replied we cannot do that, and instead started blaming us that we are lying. We have been a loyal customer to Burger King since last three years and have consistently been going for the poutine and the king meal deal. After such a poor experience, I really feel bad and not going to any Burger King again. Usually, all the other locations have been very friendly, but this location the staff who was working at this point was really rude. Even when we were not frustrated and didn’t abuse the staff, one of the reps assumed that we are abusing them. What is wrong with the staff here? If you cannot deal and take care of such a small thing then why even being a manager. At last the manager said we don't want to waste the food, which is really sensible and good. Read moreMy father and I both consider Burger King a favorite for 'cheat' meals, and have been going to the Hespeler Rd. Location for some time. Imagine our excitement when this location opened, much closer to our home - avoiding a highway drive at rush hour on Friday.
Admittedly, we were apprehensive due to the very negative initial reviews preceding this review. Still, we decided to forge ahead, as first hand experience is often the best kind.
Arriving at about 5:15PM, the drive-through was so full it was overflowing onto the road, impeding traffic. Dangerous potentially, but typically not a major issue provided the line moves fast. I wish I could say it did. After about 10 minutes waiting, I took out my phone and started the stopwatch app - tracking each car ahead of us movement through the line (it was long and I was bored, admittedly). The average time across 8 cars at the window was over 4 and a half minutes each - incredibly slow. It was obvious from the outset this place was incredibly understaffed, and running on fumes.
After about 40 minutes total in the drive-through, we received our food. The customer service was borderline dismissive and rude, with the food being shoved into my hands without so much as a simple 'Hi'. OK.
As for the food itself - our whopper meals were hot and fresh, as were our fries. The second star is for this. That being said, my burger was missing onions, along with napkins, a straw, and the receipt.
I will likely be returning to driving to the Hespeler location. Owners - please have more staff on shift, and touch up on your speed and customer service. I wanted to enjoy the experience, and didn't expect much. This is fast food, after all. But this was simply a let down in (almost) every way.
