McDonald's — Restaurant in Kitchener

I do not usually complain nor post reviews, but this one has to be known and said. My daughter and I were at the sunrise center location in kitchener Sunday Aug 3 2025 at 934 am. We recieved our food at 953 am. It was the worse service I ever had. The store was busy, which is to be expected. It's breakfast time. That I can understand the long wait , which was 18 min exact.( My daughter ordered a breakfast sausage and bacon wrap, she recieved part breakfast wrap part chicken wrap with lettuce on it and put togther grossly. She diid not even really eat it. She had to de lettuce it to eat it ) . What I can NOT except or tolerate is poor hygiene. The lady making the drinks and expediting the food. ( FAITH ) decided ( keep in mind making our drinks and others at the time ) to take a cell phone call. She had placed it on her shoulder and continued to talk on phone and make drinks. About 2 min on phone, she took the phone off her shoulder ( holding a coffee cup in other hand) she held phone up to make sure it was hung up. She then put it in her pocket. She DID NOT wash her hands directly after touching said phone. She continued on the drink orders and expedite the orders. I have been a manager in the food industry for over 20 years. This is NOT acceptable in any shape or form. I have never been so discussed in my life. Cell phones are the dirtiest and most bacterial and contaminated things out there. The store itself was filthy and every table was dirty and gross. My daughter and I walked around it to see if we could find a somewhat clean table. I was going to speak to her, but there was so many guests and everyone was waiting so long for their food, I decided I will NEVER go there again. I will also make sure my family never...

Today, at 21:30 I placed an order for a medium coffee with two milk.

The coffee is so diluted that there's no favor other than hot water and milk. I kindly asked the staff (skinny gentleman with navy blue dress shirt) to make me another one because this cup taste like hot water and milk. He said it's not possible. So I asked him to taste it. Also, I mentioned that the color of coffee is not right.

The gentleman pretending he's making another pot But I saw he was using another next to the previous pot. This one wasn't diluted as the first one but it taste so bad. I couldn't wait and need to leave since my leg was hurting. And I have another two hours drive.

This place can't get a single coffee right. I've been drinking McDonald's coffee three times almost 10 years. This is the worst coffee.

McDonald's head office, I sincerely encourage you to take a look at this store and ensure that place isn't serving customer...

12/11/2022 6:30pm Visited this location for a quick bite to eat , there was a group of young kids smashing things and jumping on tables in the corner , I asked the manager on duty if he was going to do anything about the disruptive group , he shook his head and walked away . I asked the front counter who owned the location and no body knew . might want to hire security guards to protect your patrons If you’re going to have such spineless people in management positions .

I was with my husband and 6mth old infant son , my husband was ready to defend us by any means necessary since the group was getting lippy with my husband and I just by looking in their direction as they continued to smash things and be disrespectful to anyone in the restaurant.

Apparently this group of disrespectful kids frequents this location often and police won’t do anything about it either .
