One star is too much for this location. Staff act like the topping costs come out of their pocket. When I order toppings, I expect there to be ample toppings, not just a light sprinkle. I stopped coming to Papa Johns last year, but wanted to see if they changed since my last bad experience, and now its worse.
You have this location in Kitchener being operated by young people new to this country, and NOT understanding the Papa Johns Culture. They feel like they will be reprimanded if they put too many toppings. When I asked the cashier why the lack of toppings, I was told that it is because they do not want to lose their job. They are afraid of the owner. If this is the case the owner needs to be charged as it is unfair to treat hard working people like this.
The Papadias are also a JOKE!!!!!! its an extra small pizza, baked and then folded in half. It was the worse thing we have ever eaten! The person that came up with this should be fired.
This location needs to shut down or get a new owner that actually works...
Read moreGeneral pizza is good from this location BUT…..preordered for delivery on Sunday for a bday party, pizza arrived on time, but it was the worst pizza my guests and I have ever had!!! Wasn’t square cut as asked, was dried out and burnt on top, was cold, recut our self but was very difficult as pizza was so hard and dried out, it was crumbling. Not one of the guest ate a whole piece of either pizza! It was thrown in the garbage! I called the store, person I talked to tried to say the new driver probably cut it wrong?!? Why would the driver be cutting pizza? Btw this was first thing in the morning when they aren’t that busy! I asked for a manager to call me, and I have yet to hear from someone! My dog even turned his nose at this pizza- it was as if it sat out all night and was thrown back in the oven! Lots of competition papa...
Read moreThis was by far one of the worst pizzas I’ve had. I ordered the Butter Chicken Medium New York Style Pizza from Papa John's, and it was nothing like what I expected. It was dry, bland, and tasted more like a basic cheese pizza than anything resembling butter chicken. The so-called butter chicken topping was barely there, and the few bits of chicken I could find were tasteless. The pizza had almost no sauce, and the few toppings they added—green pepper and onion—were in such small amounts that it felt like they were an afterthought.
Honestly, I regret spending my money on this. It wasn’t even close to what I hoped for, and I’d strongly recommend avoiding this pizza altogether. There are way better options out there, whether it's from local shops or other chains. Don’t waste your time...
