I was here today with my sister and we got two drinks, one warm and one cold. We got to the speaker and the girl was very rude to us, she didn’t even let us finish the order. She was trying to kind of get us out of there quickly. She gives us the first cold drink and second drink was a chai tea latte that spilled all over the car and on my sisters hands. I went inside ASAP to tell them what happened and the other girl came and started questioning me as if she was a detective. Instead of saying I can give you another drink or does she need help, she started asking oh, how did she pick it up? and how did that happen? First of all you never question a customer and make them look as it’s their fault. You didn’t close the lid properly which caused burns and you should be concerned about it. She started arguing with me and another worker came and she said “Oh please speak to her I can’t deal with her.” I just looked at her and said wow, this is how you deal with your customers...

Read moreLet me start by saying I love Starbucks and frequently go to different locations anytime I can. I went to this location today using to drive thru and sadly had a negative experience. I ordered a tall hazelnut macciato all sweet. The barista repeated my order but did not give me the total. When we got to the window after a 6 minute wait (not a big deal it happens), the barista (not sure if she was the same one who took my initial order) said "your total is $5.60 and passed me my drink. It was a grande caramel macchiato but before I could say anything my partner had already given my gold card to her to pay. So I said "I ordered a tall" and she replied "no you didn't and you already paid for a grande". I didn't expect such a curt response from an employee of a company that takes customer service to the next level. I assumed her next sentence would be "but we can remake that for you if you like" but nope it wasn't. My partner and I were in a rush and had to leave so I ended up paying for a drink I didn't even want or like. Had I had more time I would have fought this a bit more but I can say that I am not happy with the service I received at this particular location.
