The Beer Store — Restaurant in Kitchener

Where do I start....let me begin by saying that I live in the outskirts of Kitchener. On a weekly basis i go the extra mile to make sure I go to The Beer store on Victoria St kitchiner. The employees there are so kind and really go the extra mile when it comes to customer services. I can always counts on a pleasant conversation not to mention that after a recent surgery I have been unable to carry my purchase to my vehicle . On more then one occasion Christina has helped me bring my purchase to my car's trunk. It's nice to know in the world we live in today that there are still people out there in our local stores and communities that genuinely care about the well being of other people. I came into today with a bag of 200 empties and the douche bag working there looked at the bag and told me he’d call it 120 and pay for that amount when there were 200 cans. Terrible customer service and very insulting to be questions over a few dollars in empties when his number wasn’t even close to accurate and there were 200 there , he did offer to count them but it is a long weekend and wasn’t willing to waste my time standing there while he counted them. I normally shop here. Today they closed 5 min before 6. I showed up at 5:55 and there was 1 person in the store checking out. But the doors were locked. I knocked. The older man with the glasses. (Not the really tall one) was rude and I said you still Have 5 min. And he said too bad I’m Closing now. I was surprised this guy can even do that. Normally a great place. I won’t be shopping there anymore after that...
