Lady working there friday afternoon was so rude made me not want to be there. Zero greeting just stood there staring at me while waiting for me to order. I felt so rushed. She asked first thing how many do i want while i was just trying to read the flavors. I only got 2 but i probably would have gotten more if i had time to even read them or read the menu options. Like a pack of 6 which i saw on the menu after while i was paying. Zero help or suggestions even when i said this was my first time here it was completely ignored. The cupcakes were pretty good but sent me directly into an inflammatory reaction which means they contain a high amount of vegetable oils. There wasnt alot of cream cheese on the cream cheese cupcakes. At $5 per cupcake i really expect more. These are $3 cupcakes, there was no justification for charging $5. As in, they were not better than $3 cupcakes elsewhere. The customer service was so bad, they even had inside seating which i would have liked to use to sit at with my kids and eat but there was no way i felt welcomed enough to do that. Honestly awful experience im so off put. Also their hours have been so insane they are hardly open when they say they are. I wouldnt bother with this place...

Despite our clear agreement for a 4-layer cake, what was delivered was a cake that began to topple shortly after setup and ultimately had to be reduced to 2 layers. This was not the cake I had envisioned or was promised.
Additionally, the companyās response to the issue was highly unprofessional. Instead of accepting responsibility, they blamed the venue and exaggerated the number of guests at our event, inaccurately citing air conditioning and body heat as reasons for the cakeās poor condition. I have since confirmed with the venue that these claims were entirely unfounded. Moreover, their suggestion to cut the cake earlier was an impractical and dismissive "solution" that would have disrupted the entire evening's schedule.
It has now been over two weeks since I last contacted the company, and they have not responded to my request and have essentially "ghosted" me. I would not recommend Fuss Cupcakes based on this experience. Their lack of accountability and failure to provide adequate customer service made an already stressful...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI ordered a vegan buttercream cake and while it looked amazing for picture-taking, it did not taste good at all. The icing was lacking in flavour and the cake itself was dense and looked like it was too many days old. It basically it ended up in the garbage can.
The lady at the northside location isn't exactly welcoming and she made me feel bad for asking her if they had some pictures of cake designs. She rudely said well what are you looking for and just told me to look on the website.
I was also disappointed in the fact that the bakers would not advise me of what the ingredient list was even though I had asked several times...I wanted to know in case my kids with severe food allergies reacted to it. Apparently that isn't important enough to Fuss Cupcakes.
I wanted to love the cake from here but unfortunately not. For the price, people want better quality...
