Panago Pizza — Restaurant in Lake District

We order here all the time. This brand is basically the Subway of Pizza's, the entire process is transparent and right in front of you. From the assembly of the pizza to the cooking and boxing of your pizza. The customer feels that they are seeing what really goes on in the kitchen. I love the vegetarian pizzas here and all the fresh ingredients that go on there. The wings are awesome too, they're not fried, they're actually baked with an assortment of sauces to choose from.

Amazing 10 stars if I could!! Just moved here and my toddler & husband just got over the flu, so I ordered pizza today not even thinking to check my account, pizza arrives and my home insurance transfer went thru my account and I didn't have enough they gave me the pizza anyways and when I get paid tomorrow we are giving the store the money for the pizza and a large tip!!! I don't even know what to say thank you doesn't even begin to say how grateful I am today for the kindness of strangers in a new city we have only been in for less...

I asked for a salad and balsamic vinaigrette(which is on the menu). Was told they dont put vinegar on their salads. I repeated my order a second time in case he had not understood as the menu posted to the wall beside me clearly shows the dipping sauce and vinaigrettes sold there. I never received the balsamic vinaigrette or the dessert I asked for twice. The man serving me was unfriendly and did not bother to learn the menu. I have never had issues like this at Panago and was disheartened by...
