I went to this Starbucks today to meet a friend for coffee at 3:00. I arrived a couple of minutes early, and was waiting inside by the doors when a staff member approached me and said they were closing the cafe part due to being short staffed, but I could purchase something and stay if I wished as I was already in the store. I told her I was waiting for a friend who would be arriving momentarily, and once she came we would order. It was now 3:00. I was informed once again by this staff member that she was locking the doors. I asked her to kindly let my friend in once she arrived, (which again I stressed would be any minute), and we would then order a couple of coffees and have a seat. No, I was told, she would NOT let my friend into the Starbucks because it was past 3:00 (3:01 to be exact). This is an example of terrible customer service, poor customer relations, and a loss of income for the franchise owner. Neither I nor my friend will ever be frequenting that Starbucks ever again. Read moreI am a regular Starbucks customer over 15 years and this location is my regular stop before I go to work everyday I ordered a cheese danish and saw there are quite a bit of the burned charcoal from the oven fell on the cheese, I ask the drive thru staff Vanessa to make me another one since and she rolled her eye on me, then telling me make sure I request to put a sheet on the danish before heating it up next time I order....... I was thinking why would I have to tell you how to make the food right as a customer? So I turned around and went inside trying to talk to the manager, and I have spoken to their supervisor Hanna about this incident, unfortunately she have told me the same and even said I am wasting their food by telling them to make it again. Read moreThe barista with short blonde hair in Namao branch was very rude and not accomodating, I try to ask for options on my order for no sugar syrup for Frappuccino and she was very dismissive as to there is no option recommendation. She seems to be tired and annoyed alon everything, I think she is also the manager in there. Trying to understand that you are tired of work but you still have to present courtesy as this is part of your job.Then I ask for a coffee refill and happen to step out of store to grab my keys and she insist not to refill me because she said Im not dinning in. I told her I just got to step out for my keys and she gave a dissapointed face,saying I saw you go out. I am entitled to a refill base on my gold card, and like I dont really care if she doesn't really give but if she just tell me politely maybe I will consider not insisting.
