A family of 5 that loves middle eastern food (pretty much any cultural foods as we as a family are willing to try almost anything) was very disappointed for our first visit on manning road windsor ontario hamoudis March 25 2021 approx 8pm. After ordering several different dinner combos all was very very dry...to dry to chew at all. Even with most of the filling being almost all onions which is all you can taste. Even the one we asked no onions had a ton of onions. Unfortunately we couldn't taste more than onion and as being so dry Even with all the onion that didn't even make the beef or chicken even close to being edible to chew at all. Ordered 5 pieces of baklava very tiny and about maybe half inch thick by almost 1 inch long was also so dry and no taste.The tiny fatoush salads that came with combos was 90% fried bread with maybe two bites of actual salad. Fries were the absolute worst so dry overcooked we couldn't even down one without a drink and zero flavor or any salts. Again I wish the first time would have been great as we love trying and eating so many various foods often but unfortunately I have to admit we were ZERO impressed. My family and I order take out from this location every single week. It’s usually $50 plus that we spend each time! The staff unfortunately required customer service training as my husband was there this Friday around 8pm and asked the gentlemen to use a particular salad that I prefer on my wrap and he would pay the difference however the guy working refused. My husband has had this made every time we order a wrap and if there is an extra charge for any changes required, we have no problem paying the difference. This gentlemen however was extremely rude, very condescending and refused to make what was asked. We will never ever return to this location again as customer service goes a long way and we had the absolute worst experience. This wasn’t the first time either, with the same gentleman that I unfortunately don’t have the name for. You have lost our $200+ business we gave you monthly. Extremely disappointing!!!!!! We were so excited to have Hamoudi's open up just down the road. We had heard great things about the other location and we wanted to try it ASAP. First visit was okay, we just bought shawarma wraps. Second visit was exceptional and we thought we had a new place! Third visit was a disappointment unfortunately. The first and third visit were rushed and I felt like the servers did not take the care I expected with food prep and customer service. The second visit was exceptional service from a server who took the time to explain things and the food was amazing.

I would recommend slowing down and helping your customers understand what is available and what options they have. Your food is very good but service needs some fine tuning to ensure customer satisfaction. We will not give up but I hope this area will be worked on and fixed...
