After entering the wrong drive thru as I wanted a Tim Horton coffee on the attached building of Wendy's restaurant. I decided to try their junior cheeseburger ( despite of the horrible Burger King experience I had in Warren Michigan). First of all the staff was friendly and informed me of been in the wrong drive thru when I asked for my coffee order. I decided to have the junior cheeseburger. Everything was fresh, hamburger meat was hot, condiments were fresh and chilled. The bun was at room temperature. This restaurant gotta be the poster child for the local health board. Having all 3 temperatures together between 2 buns and freshness, quality made such a delicious junior cheeseburger. I purchased from this restaurant before and I recommend this Wendy's a go to place for a meal. Excellent job...
Read moreHello, I went to picked up my order at 9 pm and my order was messed up. First of all when I came to pick up my order, at the store they thought that I am delivery guy. Secondly, there were three kids' meals which i ordered. And toys were only included in two meals. One kid meal did not had a toy. My kids were starving by the time I reached home. I was not able to go back to the store. Kids were upset about one toy missing, and I had to handle extra headaches to convince any 1 child out of 3 to accept the kids' meal without toy. Plus , on doordash, there was buy 1 get one for spicy burger. I ordered a BOGO burger and just got one. My refrigerator died day before, and so we ordered dinner from your store, but the order was completely messed up. Contacted on Facebook right away and waited 3 weeks....
Read moreI went through the drive-through, paid for my order. The gentleman at the window said that my transaction didn’t go through. So I paid for it again, this time he confirmed that it did go through, but when I checked my bank account, the transaction went through twice. They double charging me. I later went to the bank to confirm, and in fact, I was double charged. I spoke with the manager, Melissa, to get this fixed and she informed me that it wasn’t up to her to fix it. She would have to go through her corporate to check if I was in fact, double charged.
