Online ordering worked like a charm, they were a little busy when I arrived so I went to the space marked for mobile pickup. And waited. And waited. And waited. After clearing out the three customers, the cashier asked the two people in front what they’d ordered. They both said they hadn’t ordered yet (and she proceeded to take their orders). I couldn’t get anyone’s attention (there were three people working). And waited. After dealing with the other two customers, one of the staff asked what I wanted. I am right under the Pickup Mobile Order Here sign. I said I have a mobile order...they went to the glass case in front where my order was waiting. Sigh. 25 minutes late. Read moreI ordered ahead using the mobile app as I was on my way to to the kids events. Got there and walked to the mobile order sign. There were 4 people working. I waited as 1 customer was finished being helped. They continued to make orders as another customer was still waiting. Then 3 of them were talking about another employee and I still waited. And waited. A customer walks in and the 4th person went to go take their order while the other 3 kept talking. 10 minutes goes by before they finally ask me if I'm here for a mobile order. Not until that point did any of the workers even look at me, acknowledged I was there or ask...

When we went to pick up the drinks my daughter went into pick them up as she usually does. The girl working was very hard to understand and was a mumbler. My daughter had to ask her to repeat herself several times…may want to make sure those in customer service speak clearly - everything...
