COBS Bread — Restaurant in Langford

Met Andy and his Filipino Co worker, whose name escapes me right now, sorry. Both of them were totally upbeat and helpful as it was our first time here. They walked us through what was what, and we put together an order. The bread was so soft on the inside with a little crunchy outside. I absolutely loved it, a long with a few goodies for myself and the kids for later on. I have walked by bringing my daughter home from school and always kicked myself for not walking with money. They leave the door open and let that beautiful baked scent fill the strip plaza, and it gets me every time. Got an email today because it's my birthday, I don't use cobs app at all until today I downloaded it. Usually I give my phone # to collect points. But anyways I get a free cinbun today for my birthday! I was looking forward to it until i got there. ..the girl who served me was not impressed I couldn't pull up the scancode, when I asked if she could use my phone # she responded with " it just shows up "( the scan code I'm guessing ) but took my # ,the customers were looking at me awkward & I just regret coming in at all. She handed me a box & I left. . I tried to call and talk to a manager. But apparently none was in and they didn't know when one...

I just wanted to leave this review here. I am currently pregnant and had a huge craving for focaccia bread. They were all sold out but the lovely human being behind the counter helped me by suggesting the Turkish bread. It’s crushed my cravings, but also instead of judging me she took her time and helped me. (I’m pretty sure at that point I had been driving for an hour looking for something and I was in tears. Darn hormones) I just want to thank you. And the fact I called today to get some more, and you remembered me...
