Bucky's Taphouse — Restaurant in Langford

I really like going to Bucky's Tap House neighborhood pub, the staff is very friendly and the food on the most part is awesome and it is close to home and I don't have to go down town to meet up with friends.. BUT what my main concern is I don't understand is when the renovations were done why the management didn't think the "bathrooms" were part of the updated renovations??..Every time I have to use the washroom I do dread it..the stench walking down the hall to go to the women's washroom is very unpleasant.. "One" can always tell what kind of an establishment it is by the cleanliness of it's bathroom facilities..Bucky's do your patrons a favor because we do enjoy going to Bucky's Pub but PLEASE, PLEASE get the carpet ripped out and renovate/update your restrooms and keep me and my fiends coming back as we really do enjoy being in the pub part of Bucky's.. I don't want to have to go all the way home to use the bathroom or find another pub to go too. ...

Came here for dinner with my partner asked if they could turn on heaters for us if we sat outside said they are not on today, no effort in accommodating quests. Pure laziness. Waited 10 minutes before I had to go up to the bar to ask for service, pretty sure it was the owner who didn’t seem to care who has been seated without greetings or water. Seemed very annoyed. Server did not quality check appetizers, just took the bowl away, told us about last call without even quality checking our main meal. Everything seemed to take a long time without not very many people in the restaurant. Server took away plates as they gave us the debit machine, a “any plans for tonight?” or thank you would have been nice. Walked out past the bar where the bartender (owner) didn’t even say thanks or have a goodnight. Never will be going back worst $83 spent in my life. Not to mention $2...

If you’ve ever had a drink at Bucky’s and left thinking, “Wow, that was an unforgettable night,” chances are Caz was behind the bar. Hands down, Caz is the best bartender in town — not just because he mixes a perfect cocktail (which he absolutely does), but because he makes everyone feel like a regular, whether it’s your first visit or your fiftieth.

His energy? Impeccable. His memory? Freakishly good — somehow always remembering your name and your drink. His vibe? Chill, hilarious, and welcoming. Caz keeps the good times flowing and the atmosphere electric. Need a drink recommendation? He’ll nail it. Having a rough day? Caz will turn it around in under five minutes.

Bucky’s wouldn’t be Bucky’s without him. Cheers to the legend...
