Starbucks — Restaurant in Langford

Another disappointing visit at Starbucks. I had to visit this store because the other store in the area was out of oat milk. It was only open for drive thru. I ordered the sugar cookie oat milk latte decaf and was given a sugar cookie oat milk latte with 2 pumps of sauce and said blonde. The drink I got was also part of another persons order which means someone else’s order was going to be wrong as well. So instead of going inside the store to complain, because it was closed, I had to wait in the drive thru again. They had to make my drink again and didn’t even say sorry or make any attempt to ensure I was happy. Just gave me the drink and said this is the right one. I wouldn’t have been so bothered but caffeine has a really bad effect on me and they don’t seem to care. I expect if I am paying a premium price for coffee that I should at least get the drink I ordered. This has been my fourth drink mistake in 2 months at Starbucks and I am sad that I can no longer enjoy going...

Ordered two venti Caramel Macchiatos during the 'Happy Hour' and was surprised when they were smaller (not sure what size, but noticeably smaller). I mentioned it to the barista and another girl who was behind the counter heard me and the barista looked at the girl, who then said "remake them" and dumped them down the sink!!! I truly believe that there could have been another option offered which did NOT include the water of two perfectly good coffee drinks except the wrong size! APOLOGIZE firstly (this was never done) and ask if I would like to refund the venti price and be charged the lesser size instead of wasting them. This 'Happy Hour' became a 'SOUR' hour very quickly, and resulted in the opposite of what I was looking for in a special coffee treat moment...left with a 'bad taste'...

There are 3 Starbucks in langford and I'm so disappointed in this location. Unfortunately, it is the only location that door dash delivers to my house. They have made my drink wrong multiple times. For such an expensive drink it should taste right. I do not have this issue when visiting the other locations in langford and I also find it strange how the goldstream location has cheaper prices? I really hope the staff is all trained correctly.
