Sarpino's Pizzeria Langford — Restaurant in Langford

Use to come here a lot and really enjoyed their pizzas, never saw much of a point getting the crazy expensive pizzas so always got a 2-3 topping pizza for a bit over 10$ and was really happy. Tried the chicken wings once and bey weren't that good but no big deal I still had the pizza, but after that I discovered they do ribs. The ribs were a hit or miss with them sometimes being chewy and full of fat and grit and sometimes melting off the bone and absolutely perfect. More recently however they've gotten my orders wrong sometimes and the person who anwsers the phone has a bit of trouble understanding me, not a big deal but when it happens more and more often it goes from a slight inconvenience to annoying, furthermore I recently discovered they also got rid of their ribs for whatever reason. I am going to start by saying we have frequented other Sarpino's locations and been very happy with food and service. Tonight we ordered online from the Langford location and were given a delivery estimate of 60min. After 80min passed I called and was told my order was ready but they were waiting for a driver and it would be another 20min. Indeed it took another 20min and the food was sub par. The pizza was warm at best. We ordered original crust but it was not a what we have come to expect and was closer to a thin crust. They were stingy on the toppings and did not cover all the way to the crust (2" from outer edge had no toppings). From sitting it was slightly soggy. We also ordered dips and they were watered down to the point it would barely stick to the pizza...

Well tonight was my first and last pizza order from Sarpinos since they moved to this new location at Sooke and Jacklin rd, I use to be a regular customer when they were open at Colwood corners but the pizza I ordered and received tonight was just so horrible the shrimp house special should not be called that at all because the pizza had maybe ten little shrimp on it and the Hawaiian pizza had no flavor at all, I will say this was one of the worst pizzas I have ever had and will not be ordering from there again. Play it smart and if you want a pizza as bad as this then just order from Little Caesars and save yourself a bunch of money and you will already know just how bad the pizza is going to be so you won't be...
