Subway — Restaurant in Laval (administrative region)

I ordered a Beef Brisket Sandwich. In the beginning my only request was that I don’t want a sweet sauce therefore they suggested I pick the one I want which I did (south west) then got to the portion where I had to pick my vegetables. I don’t understand because I thought the recipe was pre-made so I gave my choice. Note that this is the second time I order food at Subway in 15 years. I get my sandwich: small, thin and clearly not looking anything like what I ordered. I address the situation to the man and lady (they were nice about it) at the cash (half the team seems to be new) all she said was that she follows portions and the man just said sorry. I let them know that it’s ridiculous not only my sandwich looked like nothing of what I ordered, I was misguided through the process, 12$ later and I am still pretty hungry. Cheap branch in quantity of food and bad after purchase customer satisfaction. I am a new customer to Subway. They could have changed my experience to gain a new client but didn’t. I wouldn’t mind driving an extra 10 minutes next time to go to another branch. Hopefully this review is taken seriously to level up...

I believe that Oliver Mitchell is the owner and manager. I purchased a 25$ gift card on line and when u do so, they give you a a voucher for a free 6” sub. My son tried to redeem the voucher for the 6” sub and the owner refused it. He gave him 3 excuses as to why he couldn’t. one of his excuses was that his Subway wasn’t participating in this. When you check on line, it clearly states that his restaurant is participating. I also went to the restaurant to try to speak to him and he wasn’t there so they called him and he refused to speak to me. I have contacted customer support and waiting for a response. I also contacted Visa to open a dispute. If customer service doesn’t return my $, Visa will. What lack of service and professionalism!! I will never step foot in this...

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently visited this location of Subway and had an amazing experience! The food was fresh, delicious, and made exactly to my liking. The variety of bread, veggies, and sauces allows for endless customization, which I really appreciate. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They took the time to ensure my sandwich was perfect and made sure I was happy with my order. The restaurant was also very clean and well-organized, which made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Overall, Subway continues to be my go-to spot for a quick, healthy, and tasty meal.
