Quite possibly the worst fast food experience of my life. I normally don’t write these things but this place has left a mark on me. The restaurant was disgusting, no napkins, dirty floors. It was completely understaffed and there were huge lines at 10 pm. Most of the employees were miserable, it felt like a problem that I was there, ordering food from them. Just all around horrible, incompetent service.
Then I had to wait 20 minutes just to get one of my burgers and my fries weren’t ready. After another 10 minutes I had to go ask for my fries and the other burger. So I didn’t even get my food at the same time.
I would just seriously avoid this place. It’s a shame because Harvey’s is usually great.

Read moreHarveys flavours and concept is great. This week on Thanksgiving I placed my order at 10:25 PM, through the app for a pick up at the store at 11pm. I arrived to the drive through at 10:59. I received my food at 11:15, extremely cold and with the wrong type of bun. There was only one car in front of me, and the two who were behind me, left to go to McDonald's next door because the wait time was crazy long at Harveys.
