Called the place if they had any availability they said no so i asked if they do any for next week and she put me on hold to verify the availability. She told me she could squeeze the dog in and asked me about the race and i clearly said I Dont Know but similar to a dashund a bit bigger. I just rescued the dog yesterday it was in a very bad shape so obviously i cleaned the dog a bit already but one of the worker said my dog doesnt look that bad from a rescue to be needing to the service and they are full so they cannot take my dog. First of all it is very rude and disrespectful by saying the shape of a rescue dog is not that bad for them to do the service because clearly before jumping to conclusion i washed my dog a bit before to make things easier for the grooming. Second she accuse saying it was a dashund which i DID not mention that but saying i dont know the race that the dog is slightly bigger. Third she accused me saying i said on the phone i just want to shower my dog i never said that i said i wanted to do the full service cleaning cutting etc. Also my definition of short hair and long hair is clearly different from her but i wasnt aware and went to telI me rudely and loud voice accusing me "you told me on the phone it was short hair " is that any way to spoke to a guest ? She clearly wasnt any clearer on the phone or ask any question further how am i suppose to guest for her that is not a short hair or long hair dog. Anyways drove all the way for nothing to be refused and having such a bad and disrespectful employee. Never will come back worst...
Read moreIf I can put a zero star I would. A couple of years ago I brought my dog to get her nails clipped, and they cut nearly all of her quicks. My dog was screaming of pain and I had to stop them and take her out of the shop. I decided to give the shop a second chance, years later, (since the pandemic made it almost impossible to find others places for a quick nail cut -even at her vet clinic) and they, again, cut her quick really bad. They didn't advise me about it, I found out once I was in my car, with her nail gushing blood.
**Now I know, based on their multiple responses for the same problem that they will not take accountability and say that they are dealing with living animals that move... however, clipping nails is basic 101 for ANY professional groomer. My dog is extremely calm and well trained; but even at that, had she been a dog that moves around a lot, they could've stopped and advised me that they cannot continue or my dog risks getting hurt. To conclude it all, a cut quick that gushes that much blood is impossible to miss.... they didn't even have the decency to take care of it, or at least, to let me know so that I can apply pressure right away. Her quick has been bleeding for more than 15 minutes and she now is at the vet clinic. I will reach the owner shortly to get a refund and see that my vet bill gets fully paid for by the shop. Zero...

Yes, it has been 2 years since this happened. It still upsets me, and to hear that a friend of mine brought their dog their and the same thing happened to their dog, that's what made me write a response. #1 Instead of trying to cover up for the mistake your staff made, I'd prefer you learn that the weakness in your salon is your LACK of communication skills and to learn to LISTEN to what the client asks for! If you're UNcertain of what the client said then it is your responsibility to call and clarify and not just go ahead and shave the dog.
#2 your staff clearly stated to me "Oh, i'm sorry" she did NOT say he had too many knots. I remember approaching a manager about the mistake. She joined me when i approached the groomer and asked what happened. all she said was sorry. she DIDN'T say "Oh that's not what i understood." So madame, please don't find an excuse for the mistake you and your staff made, whether it was 2 years ago or not, clearly according to other reviews, you've repeated the mistake and haven't learnt. and NO you will not be seeing me or my dog, or any friends of mine at your salon. I'll be sure to pass the...
