McDonald's — Restaurant in Laval (administrative region)

We decided to go there after the Trivium show yesterday. I havent gone to a Mc Donald in 25 years last time I was 13 years old with my friend. I have never been a fan of Mc Donald this order was for my boyfriend. I am very observant when i get in a restaurant everything needs to be immaculent.

When i entered the restaurant i saw lots of people waiting I still ordered...

I ordered at 12h05am I got out at 1h40am I saw so many things in that kitchen unconsistency.. So many of those customers have asked refund like at least 10 approximately.

They were so disorganized it's crazy! Orders were not coming out in orders they were all mixed up.. Someone waited 1h40 for a smoothie!! It's crazy!! Those people didnt know how to deal with a rush and pressure.. They mixed all their orders it looked like a zoo!! HORRIBLE!! 0 stars is what they deserve!! Also a girl with her hair down below her ass was working near food touching receipt opening burgers and looking inside see if it was the right burgers.. You shouldnt touch receipts and food or your hair and food... People who make burgers are the one that should be making or touching food...

Cross contamination doesnt take long to happen in kitchen.. Germs etc..

This Mc Donald is not managed like it should..

There wont be any next time for Mc Donald for me never this wasnt for me it was for my bf and i still waisted over 1 hrs waiting for his order.. I saw the receipt on the left with 20 other receipts my receipt was moving around but not touched some people got there after me and got out before..

Also the manager make a mess on the floor the mess stayed there there was some sprite on the floor this could of been very dangerous for employees to slip and slide and hurt themselves.. I have seen too much.. I could go on and on.

I went inside to get the orders and what i discovered...

Service was quick, Food was great [that might be a strange thing to say about a McDonald's, but I've been to other McDonald's restaurants before, and the food was actually disgusting. Looked and tasted nothing like actual McDonald's food. 😒 ). But mostly, I was here for the playground! I specifically came to this one to bring the kid[s] to the 'Play Palace', and it did not disappoint. Was able to order our food (they do table-side delivery as well, if you want), went to a table within the 'Play Palace' room and was able to sit and eat my meal while the kid[s] played and enjoyed. This was during a school day where the busses were canceled, so this was a great option for us. Not too far from home, and the kid[s] played for about 2 hours. So we were able to do lunch, and then later we did a dessert. I definitely recommend this as an option if you've got some restless kids and need to kill some time during the day (but it's WAY too cold for them to be outside!!). The area was super clean. Spacious enough, as there weren't many people or kids in there as well. There's [if I remember correctly] 3 tables within the 'Play Palace' area for families to sit down and enjoy their meal while the kids play. There's also a little cubby for the kids to put their things (hats, Mitts, scarves, ect), and it's required for anyone going into the room and on the structure to remove shoes/boots--- which I love (especially during WET weather) because then all of the snow, dirt, mud, and water [from outside] isn't being dragged all around...

If I could give a 0 star I would. Rude staff. I went to the driveway and as I was making my order, the lady was messing up the order (I could see it on the screen) (I ordered an Ice Cream 🍨 with chocolate drizzle) when pulled up to the window she gave me an Ice cream cone, she refused to give it to me on a container with the chocolate drizzle that I specifically asked. When I took the receipt, it said ICE CREAM SUNDAY on it.. so I payed for a sunday but they gave me a regular ice cream cone. When I was talking to the girl, she had a really bad attitude towards me (i was calm and talking calmly) and there was 2 woman at the window. One was the girl with a bad attitude and the other I think was w manager or a supervisor.. and one was talking bad to me and the other was just looking at me with a smirk on her face not trying to calm the other girl down. When I asked for the sunday, they refused and said I have to pay for it and when i showed the receipt they said i'm supposed to pay for the ice cream cone because i already held it in my hands.. I was in shock on how they disrespect me like that and I didn't raise my voice or anything.. the whole interaction I was very calm, they were the ones being disrespectful. Ended up leaving with just the ice cream cone because they were forcing me to move out the way. Very disrespectful employees over there. I would of understood if I had a bad attitude from the beginning but that was not the case here. I am never going back to that...
