Service was good and attentive. The man who served us spoke both French and English fluently making ordering easy. It appeared that they definitely could have used another person to help out. There was a small mix-up in the kitchen with our order but they happily offered to fix/remake it. Overall the burger was good and was made with genuine good tasting ingredients, this coming from someone who doesn't care for fast food style and tastes. The fires needed to be cooked longer or possibly have a different cut. They have cold drinks that are from the can if you go with the takeout route but put it on ice if you dine in. First time over there. It must have taken me a full half hour just to decide which burger I was going to have. The list is so long, so many different yummy options. I will definitely be back again. The one I had was the holy Swiss, I believe, and it was absolutely delicious with caramelized onions and sautéed mushrooms. The owner was there and was just so nice. Very down to earth. The burgers were not good. The meat was bland and not seasoned. The patties were dry. For full context, I ordered a burger with the salami, the waiter did not inform me that they were "out of salami" and only informed me while serving me the burger with no salami. A few minutes later the waiter comes over and advises that they "found the salami" and will take the burger and fix the situation. 5 mins later I get a cold burger, with cold eggs and a very dry salami. By far the worst burger I've had in years.
