Edit: since the owner has been so clearly offended by my review, I’ll just plainly speak for myself. I find Elixor to be average. As a client who has paid money for a meal at this establishment and has decided to write a review, I’m sharing my opinion on my experience there as well as my take on how good the food was. When it comes to reviews, as we all know, ownership and management need to take the good with the bad and roll with it. It’s unfortunate that ownership felt the need to reply in such a snarky way that demonstrates they have taken it very personally.
What’s more, after reading through many of the 1 and 2 star reviews, it becomes apparent that this is a pattern. Management/ownership chimes in and condescendingly replies to negative reviews with biting sarcasm in an attempt to essentially bully their patrons into not sharing how they truly felt about their experience at Elixor. Ownership even criticized one reviewer for their bad review claiming that they submitted their review “just for google points”.
So no, I will not be changing my review. In fact, all in all I feel like my review could have been even snarkier and more sarcastic than management tends to be with their replies. But let’s leave it at that.
My original review below.

I find this place to be average at best.
If you're looking for a menu that is more generic with the ability to please a group, then this isn't a bad option by any means. Food is decent but slightly overpriced for what you're getting. It's starting to...
Read moreHad lunch here today, sat in the outside area, it was pretty hot due to not having enough outdoor umbrellas. The bathroom was pretty nasty, had no soap and was very small for such a large restaurant. I still don't know our servers name because he never introduced himself, after sitting for half an hour they took our drink order due to being understaffed. But my daughter food came out the same time as our appetizer. We ordered the child's slider meal and they were so dry my daughter didn't eat them and their fries serving is on par with Five Guys. Got my drink about 15 mins after the appetizer. I ordered the New York strip steak which had terrible seasoning, it tasted like it had no salt but the steak was really good quality just didn't taste good. For $35 I expect it to be a damn good steak. Also for what ever reason the filet mignon was cheaper? My wife's ordered the BBQ ranch burger with no ranch that was also dry and missing everything on the burger. Giving out a color sheet and crayons would have made the wait a lot better and giving kids kids size cups. Took me 2 and a half hours to get in and out of this place. Also kinda sneaky when they force you tip your waiter 15% and up. But can't really blame them, if I owned a restaurant that had terrible service, I would want to force patrons to over...
Read moreThis was the absolutely worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant that is popular…..I went with my sister for a birthday dinner celebration. We had a waiter who was inexperienced and making recommendations about dishes he knew nothing about which influenced our choices. My sister ordered the grilled chicken with avocado crema and I ordered the grilled Atlantic salmon. Our meat and fish was dry and over cooked and barely any sauce for moisture, veggies were half raw and were watery and bland and the potatoes also lacked seasoning and flavor. No love whatsoever in the food. Our waiter never came back to check in and so we had no opportunity to redeem and ask for anything we needed. The service was awful. We had to flag the waiter down only to have no resolution - he apologized and that was it. My sister asked for avocado crema sauce and they came back a while later with orange Cajun sauce that gave me an allergic reaction and one of the waiters put his finger right in my sisters dish. Not even the cheesecake which they are known for was able to redeem this experience. No one tried to comp anything or make it better and it was...
