The dining room closes at 10 pm. We ordered our food around 9:15pm. After sitting down to eat, I needed to use the restroom about 10 minutes later, so 9:25. You have to ask a crew member to let you in. I stood at the counter and the cashier walked in behind the counter right past me and didn't even acknowledge me. Finally the girl working the drive thru came over and I asked her to let me into the washroom. After she asked the cashier whom had just walked past me I was told that the washrooms had already been cleaned and they weren't allowing anyone to use them for the rest of the evening. Read moreWhat really elevated this experience was seeing the poster on the front door about accessibility. As someone with an invisible physical disability (dyspraxia), fast food can be a bit intimidating. Staff is always friendly and seems to go the extra mile for customers - for example helping customers with their food trays when needed and sometimes even just to be nice. My food was correct, fast, freshly made. My only tiny complaint is that au jus for my beef dip was weak in flavour. My beef dip had more beef on it than what most pubs serve including Pop's Pub and certainly more fries for several dollars cheaper. Curly fries were nicely seasoned and crisp. Milkshake was so thick I had to ask for a spoon, well flavored not sickening sweet. While not real ice cream, a huge step up from the runny grossness of McDonald's so-called triple thick milkshakes. I am fussy and demanding, good food, good restaurant fast...
