We walked in and were approached promptly. We sat in what I would say the atrium. Unfortunately it's enclosed and the large windows are not open, it is a bit stuffy, heat wise. I decided to use the restroom facilities and I am impressed with the cleanliness of the sinks, floor and soft lighting and no wet spots on the granite countertops. Hands free, faucet. Full length mirrors all around, extremely clean.
I had the spicy Chicken charred, jalapeno hand held sandwich and French fries with mayo and limeade sparkle soda
It's not spicy, which is what I was looking for. The chicken breast is juicy and crispy and golden brown perfectly cooked and perfectly stacked and compliment lettuce, tomato and seasonings. Unfortunately I ordered mayo with my fries and received chipotle, quickly as it arrived, the server, recognized her error and replaced it with my mayo. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the limenad it was to watery.
My friend had ordered the dragon bowl and when she was served it was the crunchie ahi tuna salad with flaky noodles. Wrong order and was not satisfiability. Thankfully the server returned asking if everything was satisfactory and we replied we do not have the right entree. We had in fact received someone else's meal and a customer had hers.
We waited for the correct entree to arrive Dragon bowl and that was delicious according to my friend.
That being said, the service was professional and courteous and helpful.
Hiccups happen and I would not deter you from having a meal at the Browns Social House. It's a pleasant atmosphere and the inside is a pub style and lively.

Read moreMyself and 15 other friends celebrated a birthday here last night (April 18th, 2015). Our server was phenomenal! She was one of the most efficient and personable young woman we've ever had the pleasure to be served by. We never had to ask her for anything; water, napkins and the drinks were always abundant. She also organized our orders with skillful organization, with some of us ordering appetizers and others ordering full meals (or both) the orders came with clockwork timing. Can't say enough about this server and will be back based on her merits alone. The atmosphere was lively and inviting but parking was difficult with a seemingly bitter war for spots being waged by Dairy Queen, who felt the need to paint large parking notices on the side of the building and hire a security guard/ticket giver to anyone who parked in one of its spots. Imagine going to Dairy Queen and being greeted by a "guard" before you're fully out of your vehicle, "Hey you! You better be coming in for a Dilly Bar or that car is getting a ticket or towed." Funny to see. The food was good but our Calamari wasn't quite cooked enough and came with cocktail sauce instead of Tzatziki. Even underdone it wasn't bad and I always give the benefit of the doubt when you know the place is packed and hoppin' Overall it was a great first impression of Browns in...
Read moreUsually love coming here but very disappointed in the service tonight unfortunately. My boyfriend and I went out to enjoy dinner and instead had a very unpleasant experience. While we waited 10 minutes for our server to come ask if we would like more drinks we overheard another waitress talking about doing Ativan, and a lot of other things for probably close to 10 minutes but the managers excuse was they were her regulars so she was allowed to talk with them since it’s her job. I understand that it is her job but it’s a bit distracting listening to another conversation that is very loud for half our dinner. Once our food came i noticed my pasta had barely any sauce on it and looked like just buttered noodles, I have included a photo. I waited and waited for a server to come since the only one was on the patio and talking to a group of people, I was finally able to flag down the manager who was extremely unhelpful and all she did to help was make up excuses and by the time she was done talking my pasta was cold. I do not appreciate hearing excuses when I came and paid for a nice dinner. They gave me 50% off the pasta but it really doesn’t do much. I would no recommend coming here, any other browns would probably...
