Fatburger Maple Ridge — Restaurant in Maple Ridge

I am extremely dissatisfied with Both FatBurger and Skip the Dish in how my BADLY prepare and poorly packaged meal was handled, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this resturant in the future, FATBURGER sent my Original Cheese Burger Combo without the Cheese, without ANY condiments, the meat was COLD, the only thing the got right was the CAN of pop, kind of hard to get that wrong, my fries were spilled out in the bag, I went to FATBURGER to talk with the manager about this and didnt get even as much as an apology for the mistake that ruined my dinner, simply directed me back to SKIP saying they are responsible for any refund not him as they will simply charge back his account... So I contacted SKIP online, chatted with a KENNY from skip and after explaining everything to him and how disatified I was with this whole experience, all he was willing to do is refund the Burger portion if the meal, less the Cheese that I PAID EXTRA for and the spilt fries that were infact cold due to being all over the bag and NOT in the container. I continued to explain to KENNY at SKIP online, that my ENTIRE MEAL was a mess, KENNY from SKIP then decided that a "$13 credit on a $22 meal" was good enough and KENNY then disconnected the chat, so I was unable to say anything further. So I called on the phone line trying to contact SKIP customer service and sat on hold for greater than 45min. Before i finally hung up in frustration!!! This is NOT how I would EVER treat my customers, especially a NEW customer feeling out a new service, I would NOT recommend FATBURGER or SKIPtheDISH to anyone without first letting them know how they value their customers which I WILL RATE VERY POORLY!!!

WHAT POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUES WITH "SKIP THE DISH", HOPE YOU DONT GET KENNY OR MAYBE THEY ALL TREAT PEOPLE THIS POORLY...

Used to love this place. We went often and used to get a lettuce wrap burger.

A couple of weeks ago, we noticed the burger meat was really dry and had no taste. The waitress asked how our food was. We told the truth. The burgers had no taste and were the worst we'd ever had. She said others said the same thing and she figured it was because they got a new supplier.

We went back a week later and the waitress, with full backing of all staff told us they didn't do lettuce wraps anymore, that it was just a promotion. I pointed out that it was still on the menu and she just stared at me with a smirk that was not appreciated. I called the company's head office to complain. They said the lettuce wrap is a standard order option and was in no way a short term offer. The staff not only lied (in front of other customers), but were gloating at the same time.

We have been long time customers of Fatburger since it opened in Maple Ridge and with the Langley one before that, as well.

We will go to Five Guys where they don't treat their customers like garbage and they don't LIE to customers.

This was the worst experience ever we have been coming to Fatburger ever since it had come to Maple Ridge the original owner was always amazing always would come out and ask how the food was how the service was last night I took my family of seven to Fatburger for dinner was that my biggest mistake ever the portions have gotten drastically smaller in fact the red hot crispy chicken burger no longer even fills the bun up it was missing most the Tomato from the burger the lettuce was super soggy and my bun was literally so soggy I ended up throwing my food out my dad got a large Fatburger combo and same with his it was so wet that his Burger became soggy and unable to eat all seven of the fries were ice cold even though I had to wait an extra 10 minutes after my entire family had already eaten my Cajun chicken salad was halfway full with only consisting of lettuce cheese and chicken even though I was watching them cut up fresh tomato and fresh mushrooms neither of this was put on the chicken burgers the hamburgers or the salad very disappointed in this location and probably will never go back I called to speak to the manager however no manager available no owner available and won't be in until...
